| Purpose: To verify the influence of elastic band training on the lower limb strength of 9-12 year old Latin dancers.Through 12 weeks of regular training and elastic band training,the test data was compared and analyzed to explore the effect of elastic band training and conventional training on the 9-12 year old Latina The specific effect of the lower limb strength training of dancers is to seek a more effective and suitable training method for the lower limb strength of young Latin dancers,and to provide a theoretical basis and practical reference for the lower limb strength training of 9-12 year old Latin dancers in the future.Method: This article adopts literature method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and experimental method to determine and implement the training plan,content and test indicators.30 9-12 year old Latin dancers from Shijiazhuang Wuwudao Art Training School are used as experiments.Objects,the experimental group was trained with elastic bands,and the control group was trained with regular training.After a 12-week experimental intervention,the basic information,lower limb strength test results and special results of the two groups of contestants were collected,summarized and analyzed,and the degree of change in the test results of the two groups was compared to explore the effect of elastic band training on 9-12 year old Latin dancers.The specific influence of lower limb strength and specific skill performance,so as to verify its training effect.Results:(1)Before the experiment,there were no significant differences in age,height,weight,BMI,training years,lower limb rapid strength,lower limb strength endurance,and specific performance between the two groups(p>0.05).After the experiment,the two groups had no significant differences in age,height,weight,There is no significant difference between BMI and training years(p>0.05).(2)Before and after the experiment,the experimental group has a very significant difference in the test results of 10 seconds rapid single-leg take-off(right),10 seconds rapid single-leg take-off(left),10 seconds rapid cowboy kick,and 10 seconds before and after the rapid samba bounce test.(P<0.01),the control group has a very significant difference between the 10-second rapid single-leg take-off(right)and the10-second rapid single-leg take-off(left)(p<0.01).The 10-second rapid cowboy kick,10 seconds fast before and after The samba bounce test results have significant differences(p<0.05).After the experiment,the test results of the two groups have significant differences(p<0.05).(3)The test results of the two groups before and after the experiment with a 60-second heel-raising,60-second cowboy kick,and before and after 60 seconds of samba bouncing are very significant(p<0.01).After the experiment,the two groups have a 60-second heel-raising.The test results have a significant difference(p<0.05).There is no significant difference in the test results of the cowboy kick in 60 seconds and the samba bounce before and after 60 seconds(p>0.05).(4)Before and after the experiment,there are significant differences between the two groups’ time values ??and the basic rhythm and footwork skills scores(p<0.01).After the experiment,the experimental group and the control group have significant differences in footwork skills scores(p<0.05).The value is not significantly different from the basic rhythm score(p>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Both elastic band training and conventional training can effectively improve the rapid strength of the lower limbs of 9-12 year old Latin dancers,but the effect of elastic band training is better than that of conventional training from the perspective of overall improvement,and elastic band training is fast on the lower limbs The effect of strength training is better than that of lower limb strength endurance.(2)Both elastic band training and conventional training have effectively improved the lower limb strength endurance of 9-12 year old Latin dancers,but the effect of elastic band training is better than conventional training in terms of overall improvement.(3)Both elastic band training and conventional training improved the lower limb strength of 9-12 year old Latin dancers,and effectively improved the performance of the two groups of special skills,but from the overall improvement,the experimental group was better than the control group.To realize the migration and transformation of special capabilities. |
