| Objective:In this paper,the effectiveness of elastic band resistance training on the lower limb stability and movement speed of children’s Latin dancers was verified by performing 8 weeks of elastic band resistance training in two groups,aiming to explore scientific and efficient training methods for improving the competitive ability of today’s children’s Latin dancers.Method:In this paper,40 children’s Latin dancers from Yangjiang Morningstar Dance Training Center were taken as experimental subjects,and the experimental group and control group were divided into experimental groups and control groups by random grouping,and the elastic band experimental intervention was carried out in three stages of foundationstrengthening-consolidation for a total of 8 weeks,while the control group carried out routine training without elastic band intervention,and analyzed the data before and after the experiment.In this way,the effect of elastic band resistance training on Latin dancers aged 7-14 years old was verified.Outcome:(1)Experiments have shown that elastic band training has a significant effect on improving the stability ability of lower limbs of Latin dancers aged 7-14.After the experiment,there were highly significant differences in the test indexes of double-foot heel-lifted,balanced standing with one foot with eyes closed(left),balanced standing with one foot with closed eyes(right),hurdle step(left)and hurdle step(right)(p<0.01).The control group had high significant differences in the indexes of balanced standing with both feet on both feet,balanced standing with one foot with closed eyes(left),balanced standing with closed eyes on one foot(right)and hurdle step(right),while the data comparison before and after the experiment in the control group was not statistically significant,but the hurdle step(left)also had a certain improvement after the experiment.(2)Experiments show that elastic bands can effectively improve the movement speed of Latin dancers aged 7-14 years old,and the 10 s unilateral hip adduction(left)of the experimental group after the experiment There was a significant difference in 10 s unilateral hip adduction(right)(p<0.01),10 s chase and 10 s denim kick and leg closure(0.01<p>0.05),control group had significant differences(0.01<P>0.05),10 s unilateral hip adduction(right)and 10 s chasing had significant differences(0.01P0.05),10 s unilateral hip adduction(left)and 10 s denim kicking legs did not have significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion: In the same time,elastic band training and conventional training can have a certain effect on the stability and speed of children’s lower limbs,but elastic band training has better effect than conventional training in amplitude,comprehensiveness and stability.The effect of elastic band in improving the stability of the lower limb is more significant than the speed of action. |
