Objectives:Latin dance is a competitive sport with dance technology as the core, and each dance type has high requirements for the control of body muscles, especially the muscle strength of the lower limbs.Lower limb strength is the basic source of power for human movement, and strengthening lower limb strength training is conducive to breaking through the bottleneck of Latin dance techniques.Compared with other traditional and conventional lower extremity strength training, the advantage of elastic band training is that it can simulate daily training movements and improve athletic performance.Based on the design and application of the existing elastic band training program, this paper formulates a scientific, targeted and comprehensive lower limb strength training program through the combing of existing literature and the screening and suggestions of experts in related fields, and improves the important link affecting the special ability of female college students in Latin dance with the help of elastic band training-lower limb strength, enhances their basic motor ability, standardizes the basic motor expression ability during exercise, consolidates functional motor performance and lower limb static balance ability. In addition, the technical level of lower limb special of female college students in Latin dance is improved, and the method and basis for improving the teaching and training of Latin dance are provided.Research methods:The main research methods of this study are literature method, expert interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics method. The expert interview method was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on 8 experts and scholars, and the design movements, special movements of lower limbs and functional movements of the elastic band training program were screened out.The study recruited 25 female college students specializing in Latin dance, randomly divided into experimental group(ET group,13 students),control group(CG group,12students),and conducted basic information survey on the trainee college students, and all subjects were required to fully cooperate with the testing and training of training intervention. The ET group carried out 12 weeks of elastic band training intervention on the basis of the daily special course, and the CG group carried out special exercises of the same length and load as the elastic band training on the basis of the daily special course, and conducted regular interviews with the subjects to confirm the maintenance of life status. The test indicators of lower limb special movements, lower limb functional action test indicators, lower limb balance ability test indicators, and knee flexion and extension peak torque and hip flexion and extension peak torque measured by the isokinetic muscle strength system were used as test indicators, and the tests were completed within one week before and after training.SPSS 23.0 software was used to perform statistical analysis, and the paired-sample t-test was used to compare the differences before and after the intervention, and the independent sample t-test was used to test the differences between groups.Results:(1)After 12 weeks of elastic band training, the lower limb special strength test scores of female college students in the ET group were significantly improved(P<0.05),while the CG group had no significant difference(P>0.05).Compared with the lower limb special motor ability test results of the CG group after training, the ET group’s ability to complete 20 seconds samba breaking step,20 seconds to change the center of gravity in place,60 seconds denim swing step,60 seconds cowboy bounce kick, and 60 seconds to advance lock step was significantly higher than that of the CG group(P<0.05).(2)After 12 weeks of elastic band training, the scores of squats, hurdles and straight lunges in the ET group did not increase significantly(P>0.05),while the CG group had no significant difference(P>0.05).After training, there was no significant difference between the ET group and the CG group in the lower limb special motor ability test results(P>0.05),and the ET group had no significant effect on squat, hurdle step and straight lunge(P>0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of elastic band training, the test scores of closed eye single legstand(left/right)and crane stand(left/right)in the ET group were significantly improved(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in CG group(P>0.05).After training, the difference in lower limb static ability between ET group and CG group was significant(P>0.05),and the ET group had a better improvement effect.(4)After 12 weeks of elastic band training, the peak flexion and extension torque of the left knee joint and the peak flexion and extension torque of the right knee joint of female college students in the ET group increased significantly(P<0.05)after the isokinetic muscle strength test of 60° /s,,while there was no significant difference in the CG group(P>0.05).When the isokinetic muscle strength test was 60° /s,the peak flexion and extension torque of the left hip joint and the peak flexion and extension torque of the right hip joint in the ET group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the difference in the CG group was not significant(P>0.05).Compared with the peak moment of knee joint in the ET group and the CG group after training, the peak moment of flexion and extension of the left knee joint and the peak moment of the right knee joint in the ET group were significantly higher than those in the CG group(P<0.05).Compared with the hip peak torque in the ET group after training, the peak moment of the left hip extensor muscle in the ET group was significantly higher than that in the CG group(P<0.05).(5)After 12 weeks of elastic band training, the peak flexion and extension torque of the left knee joint and the peak flexion and extension moment of the right knee joint of female college students in the ET group increased significantly(P<0.05)after the isokinetic muscle strength test of 180° /s,and there was no significant difference in the CG group(P>0.05).When the isokinetic muscle strength test was 180° /s,the peak flexion and extension torque of the left hip joint and the peak flexion and extension torque of the right hip joint in the ET group were significantly increased(P<0.05),while the difference in the CG group was not significant(P>0.05).Compared with the CG group, the peak moment of the left knee joint and the right knee flexion and extension peak torque in the ET group were significantly higher than those in the CG group(P<0.05).Compared with the hip peak torque in the ET group after training, the peak moment of flexion and extension of the left hip joint and the peak moment of the right hip joint in the ET group were significantly higher than those in the CG group(P<0.05).Conclusions:(1)12 weeks of elastic band training has a significant effect on the maximum strength and endurance of lower limbs of female college students majoring in Latin dance. It can increase the muscle strength of lower limbs, improve the endurance of lower limbs, and achieve the promotion effect of anti-fatigue.(2)12 weeks elastic band training has different degrees of improvement on the lower limb special movement ability of Latin dance female college students, showing the positive benefits of elastic band training on the improvement of the lower limb special movement technology level of Latin dance female college students.(3)12 weeks of elastic band training can improve the functional movement ability of female college students majoring in Latin dance, especially in improving the static balance ability.(4)The growth of lower limb muscle strength can effectively improve the basic motor expression ability, consolidate functional motor performance and lower limb static balance ability, and then improve the lower limb special technical level of female college students in Latin dance.
