A Case Study On Satisfaction Degree Of Grassroots Public Cultural Services In Hebei Province

Promoting construction of standardization and equalization of modern public cultural service system and meeting the people’s pursuit for a better life is the significant task of building a strong socialist culture country in China,and public satisfaction is the performance of the effectiveness of public cultural services provided by the government.Improving the satisfaction of grass-roots public cultural services and guaranteeing fundamental cultural rights of the public is the premise of the recognition of public cultural services,and also an important part of promoting the construction of public cultural services in China.The grass-roots culture is the "cornerstone" of the development of public cultural service system,and it is also the key point and difficulty in the development of public cultural service Therefore,this paper carries out the satisfaction survey of grass-roots public cultural service from the perspective of county,The author participated in the survey on the demand of public cultural services in Hebei Province in the postgraduate stage.Through analysis,this paper selects S County,which is representative of public cultural services,as the case owner of public cultural services satisfaction survey,and uses sample selection,questionnaire survey,reliability test,data analysis methods to research the situation of public cultural services and public satisfaction in S County.Besides,this paper further discusses the factors which affect the satisfaction of public cultural services in S County,and puts forward specific suggestion to improve the satisfaction of public cultural services:first,to improve the protection of policies and regulations;second,to deepen the reform of the talent team system;third,to improve the funding of grass-roots public cultural services;fourth,to strengthen the publicity and communication of public cultural services The fifth is to explore innovative service mode.By putting forward these countermeasures,this paper hopes to provide useful proposal for promoting the current construction of public cultural services.
