Research On The Cultivation Of Vocational Core Competence Of Art Design And Production Majors In Secondary Vocational Schools

With the rapid development of China’s economy and society,the importance of secondary vocational education has become increasingly prominent.The traditional education mode of single professional skill can not meet the new requirements of the vocational education and strengthen the training of vocational core competence,based on the all-round development of professional talents and the improvement of comprehensive quality,it has become the development trend of vocational education in the world.To strengthen the training of professional core competence,to improve the professional core ability of the students majoring in art design and production in secondary vocational schools so that the art design and production specialty in secondary vocational schools can form a more scientific and perfect curriculum system and thus promote the overall development of the students majoring in art design and production in secondary vocational schools,this is a mainstream trend in modern vocational education,an important way to improve the quality of secondary vocational education and a key measure to enhance the employability of graduates.This paper uses literature analysis,quantitative and qualitative methods,questionnaire survey method.First of all,the research background,research purposes and significance,Literature Review and research contents and methods are expounded,looking for literature to understand the current definition of professional core competencies in academic circles at home and abroad,at the same time,according to the requirements of the enterprises for the professional core competence of the art design and production specialty,and taking the art design and production specialty of Jiangxi Modern Technician College(Secondary Vocational School)as the object of investigation and research,the talent training program of the school,this paper determines the structure of professional core competence in eight aspects: Communication Ability,Cooperation Ability,self-learning ability,digital application ability,information processing ability,problem-solving ability,innovation ability and life-long learning ability Secondly,to investigate the current situation of cultivating the professional core competence of the students majoring in art design and production in secondary vocational schools,mainly from the student to the curriculum satisfaction,the school teaching present situation and so on aspect carries on the analysis as well as with the secondary vocational school art design and the production specialized teacher interview result carries on the analysis to find the profession core ability raise question;Using the experience summary Method mainly from strengthening the government leading,perfecting the vocational education laws and regulations,guiding the society to attach importance to the vocational education,strengthening the construction of the teacher ranks,deepening the school teaching reform,promoting the vocational core ability,to mobilize students to actively participate in professional skills competitions,promote professional core competencies and professional identity,and highlight the key role of industry and enterprises,to set up the guarantee system of school-enterprise cooperation,this paper expounds the countermeasures of strengthening the cultivation of the professional core ability of the students majoring in art design and production in secondary vocational schools.The constantly updated new media market needs a large number of art design and production professionals to fill it,which is a very good environment for students majoring in art design and production,secondary Vocational schools should strengthen the core vocational ability of students to train,so that they can be competent for their jobs after graduation.
