[Objective] To study the dynamic balance ability of "diagonal" confrontation method in the process of completing rumba dance,so as to improve the completion quality of Latin dancers in special technical movements, improve the accuracy of movements and better control the dynamic balance of the body to obtain the best sports effect.[Methods] experimental method. In this paper,11 students majoring in Latin dance and 11 students majoring in Latin dance in Guangzhou Institute of physical education were selected as the experimental objects. They are in physical examination, physical fitness indicators are normal, dance school age in 3-6 years, including sports dance special and non sports dance special students half,11 boys and girls each, there is no significant difference in age.Spss21.0 software was used to analyze the paired ttest and independent sample t-test,and Excel software was used to evaluate the maximum and standard deviation of the data.[results] The research methods used in this paper are literature review, expert interview, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis and experiment.Twelve students(24 in total)majoring in Latin dance and non-sports dance in Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education were selected as the subjects of this experiment. After physical examination, their physical indicators are normal, their training years are 3-6years,and there is no significant difference in age. There are 3 special and amateur groups in the experimental group and the control group, and the ratio of male to female is 1:1.The experimental group was trained by diagonal confrontation and the control group by traditional training method for 8 weeks.Comparing the data collected before and after the intervention between the experimental group and the control group, using SPSS21.0 software to analyze the data by paired t-test and independent sample t-test,and using EXCEL software to comprehensively evaluate the data by extreme value and standard deviation.[Results] After intervention, the two groups were compared by T-test of two independent samples, and the difference of Z-axis gravity center height was compared with dynamic balance.Compared with before intervention, the mean, standard deviation and variance of Z axis gravity center height in the experimental group after intervention are smaller than those in the control group after intervention, which proves that the dispersion degree is small and dense.[Conclusion](1)The control group was intervened by traditional teaching method, and the experimental group was intervened by "diagonal" confrontation method. The intervention results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group.(2)Through the "diagonal" confrontation method, the dynamic balance ability is improved, the control of shoulder joint, scapula, thoracic vertebra, hip joint, knee joint, ankle joint and inner thigh is improved, the development of flexibility quality and leg control ability are improved, the dance technical level is improved, the students’ analytical ability is improved, and the students are guided and inspired to pay attention to the reserve of knowledge and skills,To understand the confrontation and balance between upper and lower body in Rumba Dance.(3)The first point of "diagonal" type is to control the shoulder joint to prevent angle change.Secondly, maintaining the plane of the anterior chest and scapula, thoracic vertebra and hip is an important part of the teaching method. The closer the difference between the two shoulder joints is to zero, the more balanced it is.Finally, the key body parts are maintained in a specific angle range of motion.
