| Fengshui painting is a carrier of folk culture such as geomancy,geography,aesthetics,etc.It is not only a product of traditional Chinese culture,but also profoundly affects the people’s living habits,living environment,and concepts of life and death.With the integration of Western geography and Chinese folk culture,Feng Shui painting,as one of China’s traditional culture,has become increasingly rich in content and form.However,in the currently available information,there are few works related to the historical context and creation process of Feng Shui painting.In this context,the author starts from the development and evolution of Feng Shui painting,and aims at the folk Feng Shui cultural theory in Sichuan and Chongqing,reveals the image content in the Feng Shui paintings of Mr.Huang Yuanfu,so as to enrich the literature and sort out the art of Feng Shui painting.feature.Mr.Huang Yuanfu’s Fengshui paintings record the geomorphic conditions of part of Fengshui and natural geography in the Sichuan-Chongqing area,the relationship between geography and Fengshui,the philosophical thoughts of the interrelationship between Fengshui and humanities,and geography and life.The content is rich and diverse,forming a unique artistic language feature,and the picture also inherits the expression of the overall image of the traditional Feng Shui painting.It is not only the awe and exploration of nature,but also reflects the strong view of life and death of the people in Sichuan and Chongqing.Compared with other fengshui paintings,Mr.Huang Yuanfu’s fengshui paintings are more unique in personal emotional creation and tolerant of traditional universality.They are also of irreplaceable importance for the study of traditional culture in Sichuan and Chongqing.From his apprentice Wu Dexiang I learned from oral accounts that this folk painting art is also facing the dilemma of being lost and no one is willing to learn.Based on this,the author took Mr.Huang Yuanfu’s Feng Shui paintings as the research object,and after many field investigations,I found out the subject matter content and traditional cultural connotation of Mr.Huang Yuanfu’s Feng Shui paintings,and considered the paintings of Huang Yuanfu dialectically from the perspective of iconology The creative features of Zhongfeng Shui imagery are compared to find out its inheritance and uniqueness of traditional Fengshui paintings.The simple painting emotion combined with the geography knowledge of Feng Shui fully demonstrates the unique cultural connotation of Sichuan and Chongqing,and has important value for future generations to learn Feng Shui knowledge.In addition,the imagery in Mr.Huang Yuanfu’s Feng Shui paintings is divided into two aspects: "Creation" and "Construction"."Creation" is based on his rich knowledge of Feng Shui theory to materialize images,and "Construction" is expressed in artistic techniques.His subjective emotions,whether in composition,shape,line,or color,have a unique and meaningful form.This unique form is not only full of a strong folk atmosphere,but also forms a clear difference from other art forms. |
