| The present research investigates Uzbekistan students’ perception factors who enroll in English courses at the secondary school in Karshi city,Uzbekistan.Karshi is a region in the south of Uzbekistan Republic that has undergone significant educational system changes.Using online learning and ICTs(information communication technologies)for teaching and learning English gives a vital role in the system.Many researchers wrote about the benefits and challenges of online learning.The effectiveness of online learning is most expressed in the ability to study English at home.As a rule,it is essential for the student that his contact with the teacher is not interrupted.This learning method was beneficial for learners and teachers during the Covid-19 breakdown.Students used online English lessons to develop skills such as reading,writing,speaking,and listening.As mass online reading is a new Uzbekistan situation,students have faced many difficulties and side effects in this process.In that respect,this study seeks to analyze students’ online learning and ICT use experiences during a pandemic and demonstrate their attitudes toward the process.This research will use quantitative and qualitative research design – the data collected through a survey-questionnaire and lesson observation measurements.Documents,observations,and interviews were collected and analyzed to report the findings.According to the results,every six chapters of using ICT and online learning English during a pandemic shows the following main.They were using well.First,the study’s data highlighted students’ preference for their answers related to the ICT instruments learning foreign languages.Second showed the development of online classes in Uzbekistan,relevant learning strategy education organizing online courses on time.The results of the study as students in Karshi essential very beneficial for improving their English language proficiency.According to collected data the majority of(73%)participant students of N1 secondary school in Karshi city like to read online,and the lessons taught using ICT tools aroused great interest and motivation.Despite the fact that for the first time there was mass online reading,today’s modern youth have learned the online learning process and technology significantly faster.In conclusion,our school experiments have confirmed that the quality and structure of training courses and the quality of teaching with ICT technologies are often much better than in traditional forms of education.New electronic technologies can ensure students’ active involvement in the learning process and manage this process in contrast to most conventional learning environments.The integration of sound,movement,image,and text creates a new learning environment that is extremely rich in its capabilities.With the development of which the degree of student involvement in the learning process will also increase. |
