Research On The Development Of Rural Groups And The Revitalization Of Community

The Party and the government have all along been paying close attention to the issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers.During the "14th five-year plan" period,they put forward the idea of "giving priority to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy" and pushed forward the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,significant deployment was made to achieve high-quality development.But on the other hand,since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,the problems of population loss,land waste,economic recession,cultural destruction and the widening gap between urban and rural areas have also appeared in China’s rural development,how to face the challenge,grasp the opportunity,fully realize the rural revitalization,need to find a new way out in the plight,need to sum up the new method in the success.This research mainly combs the domestic and foreign research progress and the related theory foundation about the modern village development,has carried on the analysis summary to the village,the community,the village revitalization,the village community revitalization and so on concept connotation,based on some basic theories such as community theory,industrial cluster theory and symbiosis theory,this paper analyzes the problems in the rural development of Su Meng village in Jinhua,taking the village group development in Su Meng as an example,this paper makes a study on the concrete strategies and paths of how the village can revitalize the village community and realize the modernization of the village.The research shows that:(1)there are many problems in modern rural development,such as rural economic recession,rural hollowing out,rural population ageing,the gap between urban and rural areas,etc..The traditional rural development model can not meet the needs of rural modernization.(2)in the context of modernization,the rural areas in the region should promote the joint development and utilization of related resources through the design of relevant policies and systems,industrial Cluster co-prosperity,ecological environment co-insurance,infrastructure sharing and other ways to promote rural development,to achieve regional community revitalization goals.Such as Dongyang Huayuan Village in Zhejiang,Chengdu,Sichuan "five golden flowers",Guangzhou Conghua million garden,such as the development of beautiful rural groups have verified this point.(3)over the years,while remarkable achievements have been made in the rural development of Su Meng village in Jinhua,there have also been more problems,for example,the industrial scale and the specialized development degree are difficult to promote,the infrastructure is difficult to play the scale function because of the single village construction,the construction land is scarce and the extensive use coexists.Applying the concept of rural group development to the development and construction of villages in Su-meng village can effectively solve the current problems.(4)the practice of rural group development and community revitalization path in su-meng rural area provides a good support for rural modernization in China.
