Research On Ethical Issues In The Development Of China’s Sharing Economy

Sharing Economy is a new economic form,which develops rapidly in China in recent years.China’s Sharing Economy is formed based on science and technology and Internet +.As a new type of economic development model,it has injected new vitality into China’s economic development and has broad development prospects,but there are also some urgent issues in ethics.This thesis intends to investigate the development status of China’s Sharing Economy from the perspective of ethics,analyze the existing problems,and on this basis try to put forward the ethical ideas to solve the problems.Therefore,this thesis is divided into the following four parts to discuss.The first part is the introduction,which summarizes the theoretical research of the modern Sharing Economy,discusses the different terms of the Sharing Economy at home and abroad,and determines the use of the term "Sharing Economy" from the perspective of the grasp of the economic concept and characteristics.Then,it systematically summarizes the domestic theoretical research on the Sharing Economy and points out the limitations of the research only based on the perspective of economics and law,so it is necessary to develop the value space of the Sharing Economy from the perspective of ethics.The second part defines the connotation of the Sharing Economy from the realization of the Sharing Economy,and by examining its differences from the traditional economy,it considers that it has the characteristics of emphasizing the right to use,constructing new intermediaries,low transaction cost,optimizing resource allocation,and unbounded participation.These characteristics can reflect the ethical principles of mutual benefit,honesty,fairness and justice.The third part introduces the strong development momentum of China’s Sharing Economy under the promotion of favourable policy environment and a wide range of fields,but there are many problems such as the waste and improper possession of Shared resources,the lag of credit system and the loss of integrity,disordered market competition and unequal distribution.This paper analyzes the root causes of the above problems from three aspects:the ethics of mutual benefit,the ethics of credit and the ethics of justice.The fourth part is based on the basic analysis of the first three parts and puts forward ethical reflections on the future development of China’s Sharing Economy:one is to establish a mutually beneficial and sustainable consumption relationship;the second is to improve the system construction and create a good credit social environment;the third is to strengthen Construction of the ethical spirit of fairness and justice.
