The theory of customer satisfaction has been studied earlier in foreign countries,and most of them are mainly applied in enterprise scenarios.Since then,with the continuous attention of experts in the field of public management,the theory of customer satisfaction has gradually been applied to the public sector,and has become one of the indicators to measure the performance evaluation of government departments.Therefore,it is of great significance to evaluate the public cultural services provided by the government from the direction of satisfaction for the performance improvement.In this context,this study aims to study the public satisfaction with public cultural services in Hohhot through qualitative and quantitative research methods,and analyze the satisfaction results of the local public in the dimensions of public expectation,perceived quality,public satisfaction,public loyalty and public complaint in order to improve the level of public satisfaction in Hohhot public cultural services.This research is mainly analyzed from the following aspects:Firstly,based on the development situation of public cultural services in Hohhot in recent years,referring to relevant researches of domestic and foreign scholars,it is found that there are still problems in the construction process of local public cultural services in both practical aspects and theoretical research,and then the necessity of this research topic is pointed out.Secondly,questionnaire and structural equation modeling were used for progressive analysis,the validity of the collected data was tested in advance,the research model was constructed,the fitness parameter index was used to verify whether the model was consistent with the actual data,and finally the path coefficient was used to explain the model,and the results of this study were obtained.Finally,through the analysis of empirical results,it is found that in the process of providing public cultural services to the public,Hohhot has some problems,such as low digital level of public culture,lack of attraction of cultural activities,imperfect performance appraisal mechanism,imperfect policies and regulations of public cultural services,and imperfect feedback mechanism of public demand.Therefore,this study proposes to strengthen the digital construction of public culture,cultivate popular cultural activities,establish a perfect performance evaluation mechanism,improve laws and regulations for public cultural services and establish the public demand response mechanism.
