| The completion of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way by 2021 means gradually improving people’s material life.The improvement of economic income level has led to the public’s increasing demand for spiritual and cultural aspects and shown a trend of diversification.How to improve the quality of basic public cultural services,so as to better meet the needs of the people in public culture,thus attracting the attention of the government.Basic public cultural services is a public good provided by the government,which guarantees the cultural rights of citizens.However,due to the non-profit and free nature of basic public cultural services,as the beneficiaries of the service,the public’s satisfaction with the service is easily ignored by the government,and its role in the government performance evaluation is not outstanding enough.Therefore,we should urgently need to improve the attention to the public satisfaction of basic common public cultural services,and study the factors affecting public satisfaction,so as to put forward targeted suggestions for improving public satisfaction.Based on this,this paper uses the famous customer satisfaction model--ACSI model as a theoretical model,and with the support of the new public service theory,expectation confirmation theory and customer satisfaction theory,the ACSI model is properly transformed,including public expectation,perceived quality,public satisfaction,public complaint and public trust.Based on relevant literature,the causal relationship between various variables and construct the satisfaction evaluation index system.Based on the index system,the public satisfaction questionnaire was carried out in G County,Handan City,China.SPSS data was used for statistical analysis,reliability analysis and factor analysis of the results of the survey data,and found that the public satisfaction was basically good under all indicators.Thirdly,AMOS software was used to fit the satisfaction model,and the hypothesis relationship was verified through the structural equation model,and all the assumptions were valid: the higher the public expectation,the higher the public perception quality,and the public expectation positively affected the perception quality,which verified the hypothesis1.Public expectations and perceived quality will affect public satisfaction,and public expectations are negative effects,and perceived quality presents positive effects,verifying the establishment of hypothesis 2 and 3.Public satisfaction will affect public complaints and public trust,and public satisfaction positively affects public trust and negatively affects public complaints,which verifies the establishment of hypothesis 4and hypothesis 5.The higher the public complaint,the lower the degree of public trust,the public complaint and public trust,hypothesis 6 holds.Calculated from the satisfaction index,the total satisfaction index of the public on the basic public cultural services is 68.8 points,and the satisfaction is at the medium level,and measures need to be taken to improve the public satisfaction.Finally,based on the results of empirical research,policy suggestions to improve public satisfaction with basic public cultural services. |
