A Study On The Satisfaction Evaluation Of Public Cultural Services For Rural Residents In Zhouzhi County

The transformation of China’s main contradiction from backward productivity to unbalanced and insufficient development has put forward new requirements for promoting the construction of public cultural service system.And counties,as the key nodes that carry on the top and bottom,play a unique role in promoting the construction of cultural system.In recent years,Zhouzhi County has achieved remarkable results in the construction of basic public cultural services.However,there are still many unreasonable parts in the implementation of this project,including too single suppliers,low utility of cultural activities and unprofessional talent.The key to solving the current problem of "high-quality" development is to provide farmers with more high-quality and efficient public cultural services.This article takes Zhouzhi County’s public cultural service as the point,investigates the implementation of this service in detail,and combines the papers and journals related to this project to build an evaluation index system for the public cultural service satisfaction of rural residents in Zhouzhi County on the basis of the ACSI model.Based on this,the "Satisfaction Questionnaire for Public Cultural Services of Rural Residents in Zhouzhi County" was compiled,SPSS25.0 software was used to test the authenticity and quality of the collected and screened 312 questionnaire data,and AMOS26.0 software was used to construct ACSI satisfaction.The model was fitted and verified,and finally an evaluation model for the public cultural service satisfaction of rural residents in Zhouzhi County was determined.Secondly,through in-depth analysis of indicators and weights,and extensive collection of residents’ satisfaction with this service,the importance of the three-level measurement indicator(weight value)of the public cultural service satisfaction of rural residents in Zhouzhi County is taken as the ordinate.The evaluation of the rural residents’ satisfaction index provides effective and feasible suggestions and measures for the improvement of public cultural services for rural residents in Zhouzhi County by establishing a quadrant graph on the abscissa to analyze specific indicators.I found some information from research: the rural residents’ satisfaction with public cultural services in Zhouzhi County is still at the "average" level,and the road to improving the quality of public cultural services is long and difficult.The rural people hope that this kind of service can be more diversified,precise in implementation and quality in service quality.Therefore,the improvement of the public cultural service level of rural residents in Zhouzhi County needs to change the development concept,culture,economy,and development go hand in hand;the services provided by the diversified subjects are more colorful and can effectively improve the public cultural service level.Therefore,it is necessary to integrate social resources efficiently.This article hopes to evaluate the satisfaction of rural public cultural services in Zhouzhi County,starting from the demand side,promoting the improvement of its quality,driving the overall development of public cultural services,and enabling people to enjoy high-quality public cultural services.
