Study On The Theme Of Figure Painting Creation In The New Period

In order to explore the relationship between art creation and politics,economy and society since the new era,and the social responsibility and historical mission of painters,this paper makes a comparative study on the number of Chinese figure paintings,oil paintings and printmaking works in the three types of paintings selected for the five-year national exhibition of art works since the new era.In this period,the figure paintings not only reflected the artists’ attention to various types of subjects in different historical backgrounds,but also presented the forms of expression of painting subjects since the new era.Through sorting out these works,this paper sums up the law of choosing the subject matter of figure painting in this historical period,so as to explore the trend of choosing the subject matter of figure painting in the next five years’ national art exhibition and further demonstrate the relationship between art creation and politics,economy and society.In this study,the author outlines the reality of Chinese figure painting since the new era,and in-depth understanding of the background of the new era,so as to obtain the 5th to13 th National Fine Arts Exhibition of Chinese painting,oil painting,printmaking,the three paintings in the actual situation of figure painting creation.Then,it makes statistics and comparison on the quantity of Chinese painting,oil painting and printmaking in the Fifth to Thirteenth National Exhibition of Fine Arts,and analyzes the causes of the change of the quantity of works of various subjects in the light of the social reality,policies and regulations and economic development in the new era.Finally,by summing up the interaction between the national policy orientation and the subject matter of figure painting in the Five-Year National Fine Arts Exhibition,as well as the social responsibility and historical mission of painters,we can inspire the choice of the subject matter of figure painting in the Five-Year National Fine Arts Exhibition.The author believes that this topic is to explore the law of subject selection of figure painting in the five-year national art exhibition,to use objective data analysis,to combine with the art creation background of the corresponding period,to study the art creation of major art exhibition,from the perspective of concept and practice and the law of art value in the process of subject selection,which can not only widen the scope and space of art theory research,but also provide a research basis for the construction and development of art discipline and the development of Chinese painting art since the new period.
