Integration Of Beijing Tianjin Hebei Culture And Tourism:measurement,Driving Force And Promotion Strategy

Both the cultural industry and the tourism industry have the characteristics of low energy consumption and high added value.The two major industries have been positioned as the country’s strategic pillar industries.Various provinces and cities actively responded and firmly promoted the construction of a culturally strong tourism province.At the same time,Cultural and tourism development has generated new impetus.On the basis of the natural correlation between the two industries,the policies issued by the government in recent years have greatly strengthened the determination of cultural and tourism enterprises in all provinces and cities to carry out integrated development,and cultural and tourism integration has also further promoted the economic development..China promotes the coordinated development of three areas,and the integration of cultural tourism is an important prerequisite for realizing the common development of the three regions.Therefore,this article put the beijing-tianjin Ji Wen brigade fusion in the coordinated development of three big background,a comprehensive systematic analysis of the Beijing and tianjin Ji Wen brigade industrial convergence of the status quo,summed up the integration of form,way,development present situation,existing problems,and from the perspective of industrial convergence,build the evaluation system on the overall development of the cultural industry and tourism industry,to measure the comprehensive development level;Regression model based on the panel and feasible generalized least squares model and dynamic panel model,exploring to promote tour industry integration of driving factors.Finally,put forward the suggestions.There are three conclusions: First,from 2008 to 2018,Overall rise,the provinces gap is bigger,and the order is all Beijing >Hebei >Tianjin.Second,from 2008 to 2018,the coupling and coordination degree of cultural and tourism industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region increased steadily.By 2018,Beijing’s integration level is primary coordination,while Hebei and Tianjin are only barely coordinated.In 11 provinces,hebei province,shijiazhuang and baoding city in the coupling of the highest degree of tour industry,while the hengshui city and cangzhou city of tour industry lowest coupling,present south of shijiazhuang region tour industry coupling coordination degree is low,The northern region has higher grades,the area under the influence of Beijing and baoding city level.Thirdly,the generalized feasible least square estimation model is the most dominant,and the dynamic panel model is used as the validation.The results show that consumer demand,scientific and technological innovation,human resources and market supply all have a significant driving effect on the coordinated development of cultural industry and tourism industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.However,the driving effect of government planning on the coordinated development of cultural tourism industry is not obvious.Infrastructure has a significant negative effect on the coordinated development of cultural tourism industry.Based on the above conclusions,this paper proposes countermeasures and suggestions to promote cultural and tourism integration from four perspectives: to enhance residents’ consumption demand and increase disposable income;Strengthen regional technological innovation investment and create a good technical support environment;Actively cultivate interdisciplinary talents and strengthen the top-level design power of cultural tourism industry;Expand market supply of cultural tourism industry to meet consumer demand for cultural tourism products.
