| Tea culture is the crystallization of the wisdom of the Chinese nation.Taking tea as an entry point to conduct Chinese international education and culture teaching is beneficial to help international students learn and understand Chinese culture,resonate with the connotation of Chinese culture,and better promote the spread of Chinese culture.Based on this research on the teaching design of Chinese tea culture for international students in the College of Humanities of Chongqing Jiaotong University,the author uses a variety of teaching activities,teaching methods and diverse forms of practice in the overall curriculum design,and integrates Chongqing tea culture into the teaching content to make the school’s tea culture Teaching has more regional characteristics,which is conducive to stimulating the motivation and interest of the international students of this school to learn Chinese tea culture,meets the actual needs of students,promotes students to better integrate into the local humanities and customs and daily life,enhances their cross-cultural communication skills,and serves other regions.Chinese international education in colleges and universities tea culture teaching provides reference and reference.This article is composed of six parts:The first part is introduction.It mainly includes the research background and significance of tea culture teaching in Chinese international education,a summary of domestic and foreign research,the definition of related concepts and research methods.The second part is the background of the tea culture curriculum for international students in Chongqing.Mainly explain the deep tea culture history of Chongqing from the two aspects of Chinese tea culture history and Bayu tea culture history,and analyze the feasibility and necessity of the establishment of tea culture courses for international students in Chongqing from two aspects of Chongqing tea culture industry development and humanistic environment..The third part is the theoretical basis of the tea culture curriculum of Chinese international education.It mainly elaborates the positioning of the cultural curriculum in the international Chinese education,the teaching principles,teaching methods and course setting steps of the tea culture curriculum.The fourth part is the teaching design of the tea culture course for international students in Chongqing Jiaotong University.Discuss the establishment of Chinese international education and culture courses and the use of textbooks in Chongqing Jiaotong University,and conduct overall teaching design for international students in the School of Humanities of the University.The fifth part is the questionnaire survey of the tea culture class for international students in Chongqing Jiaotong University.Through the analysis of the 61 valid questionnaires recovered,the basic situation of the teaching objects and the practice of tea culture classes are discussed,so as to reflect on the various aspects of tea culture teaching practice.The sixth part is the reflection on the teaching of tea culture course for international students in Chongqing Jiaotong University.Reflect on the teaching practice of Chinese tea culture,put forward corresponding suggestions on the teaching practice of Chinese tea culture from the three aspects of teachers,students and school environment,and use this school as an example to provide reference for the tea culture curriculum setting for international students in Chongqing or other universities,and propose three types Feasible model.Based on the current situation of the school’s cultural curriculum and the practice of tea culture teaching this time,the author discusses the tea culture curriculum setting model for international students,and believes that other colleges and universities can incorporate tea culture teaching modules into cultural practice courses to strengthen students in the tea culture chapters of Chinese culture courses The self-learning model refines and enriches the teaching links and forms of tea culture courses,in order to improve the current situation of tea culture teaching for international students in our school,and promote the better development of Chinese international education and culture teaching. |
