Service Design Of Tianrun Orchard

The service of the leisure orchard is developed and operated by using the orchard as an interactive leisure place for sightseeing and play.Operators can improve the orchard service design based on the conditions of the leisure orchard,and give play to the advantages of leisure orchard fruit sales,natural pastoral and outdoor activities.While the service design of the leisure orchard brings a positive impact on the development of the rural service industry,it also enriches the related theoretical and practical research.After analyzing the development status of leisure orchard service design and studying the basic theory of leisure orchard and service design,this design locates the object of leisure orchard service design in Tianrun Orchard.Conduct field research on the fruit resources,target population,and surrounding environment of Tianrun Orchard,summarize its service functions and target population characteristics,and locate the target population for picking activities as parent-child population.According to the needs of parents and children and the cognitive characteristics of children,build user journey contact points during the pre,middle and post process of Tianrun Orchard sightseeing and picking activities.The purpose of this design is to sort out the main content of the four service functions of Tianrun Orchard sightseeing picking,publicizing science,special activities,and fruit direct sales,set up the service process of Tianrun Orchard,and design and produce picking activity journey maps and service system diagrams,Service blueprint and related service applications.Improve the applicable service design of Tianrun Orchard,and provide service design reference for other related types of leisure orchards.
