Pilates is a way of exercising the core strength of the human body and coordinating breathing,in view of the successful experience of Pilates sports training auxiliary dance training in foreign countries,it has been widely concerned by the domestic dance community and applied to dance auxiliary training.The style characteristics of classical Chinese dance body rhymes "from the heart,from the waist,and from the body" emphasize that learners should have core control and breathing skills.This paper applies Pilates core and breathing training to the teaching practice of Chinese classical dance body rhyme,which can not only help students improve the core control ability and breathing ability of Classical Chinese dance,but also prevent sports injuries,which is a good way of physical and mental training.In this paper,the literature method,the expert interview method,the teaching practice method,and the experience summary method are mainly used for research.The main content of the study is divided into four parts: the first part mainly explores the feasibility of Pilates and Chinese classical dance body rhyme;the second part explores the positive significance of Pilates core and breathing training in Chinese classical dance body rhyme classes;the third part mainly introduces the specific application of Pilates core and breathing training in Chinese classical dance body rhyme classes;and the fourth part summarizes the application effect of Pilates core and breathing training in Chinese classical dance body rhyme courses from both physical and mental aspects.This study believes that Pilates core and respiratory training plays an important role in improving the core control ability and breathing ability of secondary vocational preschool education students,and is very beneficial for students to shape a good body,establish dance self-confidence,enhance core strength,prevent sports injuries,master breathing methods,reduce breathing obstacles,enrich imagination awareness,and stimulate creative vitality.
