With the rapid development of China and the continuous improvement of people’s quality of life today,people have put forward higher requirements for health,which not only promotes the national health movement,but also promotes the vigorous development of dance science education.Dance as a human body performance art,the body is the only material carrier of dance performance,Is the basic material of dance composition,and many children’s dance training is still copying the professional type of "high","fine","sharp" traditional training methods,about the core strength training is also mostly referred to sports training methods,resulting in children dance injury news is common.It not only brings negative influence to children’s dance cause,but also directly hinders the sustainable development of children’s dance learners.As the best auxiliary way of dance science,Pilates has the functions of shaping healthy body,enhancing weak links of body and preventing sports injuries.However,at present,the organic combination of Pilates and dance training is mostly applied to higher dance education,and the combination with children’s dance training has not been involved.Therefore,under the background of in-depth exploration of scientific dance,this topic analyzes the basic principles of human body science related to Pilates,and discusses the training principles and characteristics of Pilates,Therefore,the differences between Pilates and traditional children’s dance strength training are analyzed,and the needs of children’s core strength training are further analyzed in combination with the law of children’s physical and mental development.From the theoretical level,this paper analyzes that Pilates meets the physiological and psychological needs of children’s dance core strength training,and confirms the feasibility of Pilates improving children’s dance core strength.On this basis,through designing,carrying out and summarizing experiments,it tries to highlight the effectiveness of Pilates improving children’s dance core strength from the practical level.This subject mainly uses the literature research method,comparative analysis method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method,Thirty children dance students aged 10-14 years old from Sunbird Art Center in Chongqing were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into A group of 15.Experimental group A and control group B were used for a3-month,12-hour experiment.Experimental group A and control group were trained with scientifically selected Pilates exercises and traditional core strength exercises,respectively.Before and after the experiment,the basic core strength and dance core strength index movements of the two groups of children were tested and data were collected.SPSS software was used for comparative analysis of the data,and the following conclusions were obtained:1.After 12 weeks of Pilates and traditional core strength training,children in experimental group A and control group B showed significant improvement in basic core strength and dance-specific core strength respectively;2.In the experimental group A receiving Pilates training,all the data indexes of the 6 groups were significantly higher after the experiment than before the experiment(p<0.01),It shows that Pilates has a good effect on improving the core strength of children’s dance.;3.There were 6 groups of data indexes in control group B,which received traditional core strength training,and 5 groups showed significant differences(p<0.01).In the basic core strength test movement,there was no difference before and after the test between the two ends of the dynamic movement(p>0.05),and the analysis showed that traditional core strength training has a good effect on improving the core strength of children dance.However,under certain long-term and balanced conditions,children’s adaptation to traditional training can no longer help the deeper level of muscle improvement,and poor training effect is also a normal phenomenon.4.The improvement effect of Pilates training in experimental group A was more significant than that of traditional core strength training in control group B,especially plank and side brace in basic core test movements and standing foreleg lift in dance special core strength test movements.It is found that Pilates training can improve the core strength of children dance significantly compared with traditional core strength training.Based on the above,combined with theoretical analysis and practical summary,it can be concluded that Pilates meets the physiological and psychological needs of children’s dance core strength training and has the core weakness of children’s dance.It can promote the positive development of the core muscle strength and form of children’s dance.Promote the benign development of children’s central blood vessels,respiratory system and nervous system,effectively relieve children’s mental stress and emotional tension;Promote children dance to establish the effectiveness of the idea of "physical and mental unity".At the same time,it also has the safety of preventing and healing children dance sports injury.Pilates and children’s dance traditional core strength training have significantly improved the basic core strength and dance specific core strength action indicators.Meanwhile,Pilates training effect is higher than children’s dance traditional core strength training.The two are related and complementary,which can be used as the consolidation,enhancement and necessary supplement of dance core strength training.
