Is common throughout our country dancing strength training. The training idea of "core" heavy limbs gently. so how to make the core strength has become the coalfield of dance. This paper mainly discusses how to proceed from the Angle of reformer bed. Through Pilates training to enhance the influence of core strength dancers. On the subjects through reformer Pilates training intervention of the bed. In order to explore the new method of dancers strength ability training. Analysis the role of core strength training for dancers. There former of bed in the dance. The application of core strength training dancers provides some train of thought. Method and means of reference. For the future in the dance of Pilates class colleges and universities to promote the provides a relatively complete theoretical basis and practical reference.Based on the professional dance students in grade 2013 and 2014 22 human subjects. According to the experiment before the indicators of tests core sand the same curriculum subjects on average. Will be divided into the experimental group and control group.the significant difference test. p>0.05 group there was no significant difference. On this basis. The experimental group 8 weeks of Pilates training implementation. control group take the normal training. Again after the experiment test indicators. finally. The experiments before and after test of two groups of results with STATE software for statistical analysis. Their search results show that after 8 weeks of Pilates training. From the core strength of growth than in the control group. And the experimental group have 5 items in the test of 6 data p≦0.01 significant indicators. Also shows the results of a survey for the subjects. Pilates to improve dancers’ core strength has appositive role.Research conclusions: Pilates training to improve dancer’s core strength effect is obvious. Is a good way to strengthen the core strength training dancers. Suggest the dance troupes and the universities should attach importance to Pilates training. As an necessary auxiliary training into the classroom teaching.
