| Folk art comes from life,is created by the people,and is the collective embodiment of the people’s living habits and emotions.The inheritance and development of folk art is an important part of China’s grassroots public cultural service construction.The relevant cultural departments of Enshi Prefecture have improved the public cultural service network at the prefecture,county,township and village levels,incorporating folk art into it,and helping the construction of grassroots public cultural services.Therefore,the internal logic and practical path of integrating folk art into the formation mechanism of grassroots public cultural services can not only explore the functional value of folk art in the current new social development environment,but also find the connection point between traditional culture and modern life,help people appreciate folk art,experience the beauty of rural feelings,and then promote the revitalization of beautiful countryside.Enshi’s folk art and grassroots public cultural services are organically integrated in the cultural field,artistic resources and talent resources,and show three characteristics of entertainment,education and sharing in the interaction process.From the perspective of embedding theory,it is found that in the action logic of integrating folk art into grassroots cultural services in Enshi Prefecture,folk artists,grassroots public cultural service institutions and patrons are the main embedding subjects.The three are embedded in the ways of cultural embedding,relational embedding and cognitive embedding.To achieve the purpose of cultivating good cultural values,establishing the coordinated development of multiple subjects and promoting the awareness of the participation of the whole people.Folk art is integrated into the practice path of grassroots public cultural services.The main producers cooperate in division of labor,and carry out artistic transmission activities in the form of exhibition hall and performance.In the process of text creation,realistic creation style is always maintained.In terms of the distribution mode of service construction,there are mainly three modes: distribution by folk artists,distribution dominated by grassroots governments,and distribution by social forces.In the consumption link of folk art,with production,university and research as the main body,the existing online and offline consumption channels,and the use of new media technology to empower the consumption experience of folk art,constitute a complete and organic operation system.The integration of folk art into grassroots public cultural services has promoted the upgrading of public cultural venues,mobile cultural vehicles and network cloud services carrying folk art,and improved the economic value of folk art from the three levels of economic capital,cultural capital and social capital.On this basis,through the improvement of people’s artistic consciousness and the change of the identity of folk artists,the generation of collective consciousness is realized. |
