Research On The Measurement Of Green Development Efficiency And Its Influencing Factors In Anhui Province

Green development is the common pursuit of human development in the 21 st century,and it is also one of the important concepts for our party to promote China's development in the new era.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC also emphasized again that "adhering to the harmonious coexistence of man and nature" and "forming a green development concept and lifestyle." The main contradictions in our society also require the promotion of green development and constantly satisfying the people's growing beautiful ecological environment.As an important province that implements the national strategy of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,participates in the ecological civilization construction of the Yangtze River Economic Belt,and develops with high quality,Anhui's strategic position in the Yangtze River Economic Belt determines its importance for green development.The research results show that:(1)the overall level of green development in Anhui is moderate,there is still room for improvement,and there is an imbalance in regional development.At present,there are two types of effective DEA in Anhui Province,including Hefei,Wuhu,and Maanshan.Relatively high cities and relatively underdeveloped cities such as Huangshan;(2)The green development efficiency of prefecture-level cities in Anhui Province is spatially high at the middle and low at both ends.Green development efficiency can be divided into sustained high efficiency,rapid growth,and There are four types of stability and moderate inefficiency;(3)Green development efficiency in Anhui Province is significantly negatively affected by the level of opening up and industrial energy consumption;the industrial structure has a significant correlation with green development efficiency.On this basis,in order to put forward relevant suggestions on how to improve the efficiency of green development in Anhui Province,such as strengthening environmental regulations and encouraging technological innovation,it has played a reference role in order to promote the overall improvement of the level of green development in Anhui Province.
