Cementing is the process of injecting cement into the annular area between casing and formation.Cement sheath is formed after cement slurry hardening to seal layer and stabilize casing.However,the cement sheath have some remarkable characteristic,such as,natural britless,poor deformation and mechabicla properties,cracks and gaps are easy to occur on the inner or surface of cement sheath under the action of external loading.And these drawbacks will lead to the disappearance of integrity of cement sheath and the loss of interlayer sealing.In this paper,it is very important to study water-borne epoxy resin with good toughness,high strength to enhance or replace oil-well cement stoneBased on our study,the fluidity,thickening time and mechanical properties of water-borne epoxy resin saticifyed the practical application requirements of cementing.And compared to the vigin cement,the compressive strength,tensile strength of water-borne epoxy resin increased 276.3%and 117.9%curing 28 days at 70?.The FTIR and XRD results show that the cured epoxy resin products are not affected by curing age,and the TG results show that epoxy resin satisfied high temperature enviroment in underground.What's more,the matrix of epoxy resin is denser than blank cement by SEM micro-test;In this paper,the properties of cement stone was study which enhanced with different addition of epoxy resin.And compared the blank cement,the compressive strength,tensile strength of the sample with 30%addition of epoxy resin increased 142.2%,124.8%cured 28 days at 70?.And the prosity of this sample decreased 14.04%compared with black cement by the result of mercury instruction test.The results of SEM show that enhancement mechanical of epoxy resin are combining with hydration products to form three-dimensional network structure;filling pore with polymer film;filling pore with resin particles to improve pore structure of cement.Because of the low density of epoxy resin and the high density of oil well cement slurry,different density of resin cement can be obtained by adding different addtition of oil well cement into epoxy resin.Based on our results,the different density resin cement,which we synthetic,have good practical application performance compared the blank cement.The compressive strength,tensile strength of the sample with 10%addition of oil-well cement increased 30.3%,137.5%after 28 days curing at 70?.The results of SEM show that the polymer film formed by curing epoxy resin will cover the surface of cement particles and when microcracks occur in the cement hydration products,the deflection effect will occur when the cracks propagate to the polymer film on the surface,thus consuming more energy.
