| In recent years,there has been an increasing interest in buried wastewater treatment plant with the acceleration of urban development.Compared with the traditional wastewater treatment plant,the buried wastewater treatment plant exhibits unique advantages of less occupation area,better environmental benefit,which can effectively alleviate the NIMBY conflicts and share the land resources.However,the development of the buried wastewater treatment plant is also restricted by the high construction investment and difficult operational management.This thesis shows some processes widely used in the buried wastewater treatment plant in China,such as the Anaerobic-Anoxic-Oxic(A2O)process,Membrane bio-reactor(MBR)process,and a combination of above both.Taking Kunming No.10 Water quality purification Plant as an example,this thesis introduces the treatment efficiency of A2O/A-MBR,analyzes the operation and management problems of the buried sewage treatment plant in detail,and puts forward the corresponding solutions.In view of the high construction investment,it can be reduced by selecting the proper process,reducing the influence of water quality parameters on the project cost,reasonably determining the numbers and dimensions of the structures,and reducing the cost of the plane layout.Regarding the high operating cost,the linkage control of sewage quantity and dosage or the control of sludge concentration could effectively decrease the dosage,and thereby reduce the operating cost.Additionally,a significant reduction in the chemical phosphorus removal agent cost could be achieved by choosing more efficient and economical chemical phosphorus removal agents and different dosage sites.As for the high membrane washing agents cost,it can be reduced by optimizing the membrane cleaning method to use in-situ cleaning instead of centralized cleaning,or selectively add cleaning agents.And the membrane cost can be effectively reduced by utilizing the membrane with extended service life and high membrane area,optimizing the membrane cleaning method and protecting mode,and changing the chemical phosphorus removal dosage sites.Moreover,the reasonable sludge concentration and low membrane purging air volume could decrease the power consumption cost.The maintenance difficulty of the buried wastewater treatment plant could be effectively alleviated by adding sampling and observation holes in the biological reaction tank or using corrosion-resistant pipes to replace the 304 stainless steel pipe.The risk of flooding of the buried wastewater treatment plant could be reduced via the optimization of the influent system,and the limited space management in the buried wastewater treatment plant and the management of surrounding residents could efficiently decrease the safety risk of the buried wastewater treatment plant. |
