| As state-owned enterprises in natural monopoly industries,tobacco enterprises are facing a complex and severe international situation in the opening year of the “14th Five-Year Plan”,and they are also facing new requirements and challenges.Therefore,tobacco enterprises should bear more missions as the pillar of state-owned economy,and it is necessary for them to improve the management level and management ability of enterprises.As a senior state-owned enterprise,GZ Tobacco Company has formed a relatively complete and stable performance appraisal method,and has achieved certain results.However,there is still a certain gap with the top-level design of the the State Council to deepen the reform of State assets and state-owned enterprises.The present investigation was devoted to the study of the improvement of performance appraisal system of GZ Tobacco Company,and tried to promote the development of GZ Tobacco Company management level.Firstly,this study introduced the research background of the performance appraisal and the current research situation at home and abroad;Secondly,the basic concept of performance appraisal and the related theories were introduced;Thirdly,the basic situation of GZ Tobacco Company was introduced and the present situation of its performance appraisal system was analyzed to find out the problems existing in its current performance appraisal system and the causes of these problems;Finally,the optimization measures of GZ Tobacco Company performance appraisal were explored with problem orientation,and the performance appraisal system of GZ Tobacco Company was improved from many aspects,such as the improvement of the evaluation criteria of the key indicators of the performance appraisal,the assessment implementation procedures,the feedback and application of the performance appraisal results,and the safeguard measures of the performance appraisal system.It is hoped that the improvement of the performance appraisal system can significantly mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the staff,and then improve the management level and the quality and efficiency of production,and finally realize the strategic goal of the enterprise basing on addressing the existing issues. |
