| With the rapid development of China’s manufacturing technology and the continuous deepening of the application of piezoelectric ceramics,the qualification rate and consistency requirements for piezoelectric ceramics are also increasing.Therefore,through the analysis of the production process and characteristics of piezoelectric ceramics,this paper summarizes the process parameters that affect the product quality during the production process of piezoelectric ceramics.Based on the production process parameters and the actual requirements in the production process of piezoelectric ceramics,a quality management system for the production process of piezoelectric ceramics was established based on the quality control method of the process.The main contents of this paper are as follows:Firstly,the quality management system of PZT production process is constructed from five aspects of procurement,production,inspection,nonconforming product and improvement measures,and the quality control methods of common and key processes are put forward respectively.Then the weight of the quality index in the production process is calculated by the analytic hierarchy process and the key processes in the production process of piezoelectric ceramics are identified according to the multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.In the qual ity control method of the key process,the small deviation of the quality under the process is identified by the joint control method of Shewhart control chart and accumulation control chart.By means of dynamic accumulation and control chart,the alarm ti me and inspection cost of quality deviation identification are further reduced.Aiming at the quality defects in the key processes,the quality defects in the production process of piezoelectric ceramics were analyzed and the bottleneck processes were foun d through the related multi-process modeling,and the bottleneck processes were improved from5M1 E.Finally,this paper collects and online monitors the process parameters of key processes,and realizes the quality warning of key processes based on LightGBM quality warning model. |
