Objective:By analyzing nine constituents of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction,To explore the influence of compatibility proportion and compatibility of components on active components alignment of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction.To provide the scientific basis for establishing the quality standard of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical curative effect of the corresponding.Methods:Firstly,study identification characteristics of peony and liquorice and its chemical composition,secondly,compare similarities and differences of peony,licorice and its processed products by using infrared spectroscopy,then,Comparing Shaoyao Gancao Decoction,prepare different compatibility proportion and components test materials,Determinate nine constituents by HPLC-DAD multi wavelength method,To explore the influence of compatibility proportion and compatibility of components on active components alignment of Shaoyao Gancao Decoction.Analysis and test of the wavelength as follows:23 0 nm(paeoniflorin-albiflorin-benzoylpaeoniflorin Glycyrrhizic acid);276 nm(liquiritin-glycyrrhizin);360nm(exclusive liquiriti genin,isoliquiritigenin),total 9 determination of efficacy components.Liquid phase:column:Agilent Extend-C18 column 4.6mmx250mm,5μm;b acetonitrile A-0.1%phosphoric acid aqueous as mobile phase gradientElution,0～5min,5%～10%A,5～12min,10%～14%A,12～15min,1.4%～16%A,15～20min,16%～18%A,20～25min,18%～20%A,25～30min,20%～22%A,30～40min,22%～25%A,40～50min,25%～40%A,50～60min,40%～55%A,60～65 min,55%～5%A,volume 1.0ml/min,volume of 10 μl of sample,column temperature of 30℃.The research content mainly includes the following aspects:1.Shaoyao Gancao Decoction on historical research and study on the morphological characteristics of the components;2.Decoction containing Peony and licorice-component infrared characterization;3.Nine with Shaoyao Gancao Decoction tudy on HPLC method for determination of three one-time effects components;4.Paeonia-glycyrrhiza soup study on the composition and stability of certified reference materials;5.Shaoyao Gancao Decoction on component factors and effects of component variation;6.Shaoyao Gancao Decoction compositions and related pieces of efficacy components.Conclusion:1.Compatibility,compatible components are the same,the total has no significant differences in efficacy component and significant characteristics of infrared components.2.Ratio the same,compatibility of components different efficacy component significantly,infra-red component characteristics.3.Compatible components are the same,the ratio of closer to 1:1,higher the effect component.4.Compatibility of components is the same,the degree of efficacy components of Zhi gancao>vinegar Paeonia lactiflora Pall.From the results presented above,compatible components and different compatibility proportion,is a different drug,its efficacy component quality standards are different.In order to provide more accurate data,components also have a lot of problems to study the basis of traditional Chinese medicine,study space is very big.Innovation:Clear decoction containing Peony and licorice compatible components and effect of chemical component characteristics of correlation.
