Analysis Of Prescription And Medication Rules Of Literatures On The Treatment Of Type 2 Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy Based On Data Mining

Objective: This article summarizes and sorts out the medical records of Chinese Medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy in How Net,uses Excel to create the original database,excavates and clarifies the information in the medical records,analyzes the rules of prescription medication for diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and explores the characteristics of Chinese medicine treatment.TCM clinical diagnosis and treatment of DPN,the inheritance of the experience of famous TCM doctors,and the research and development of Chinese patent medicines provide certain ideas.Methods: The research object of this study is the effective medical records of How Net Chinese Medicine in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,combined with computer databases,through the V2.5 version of the Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,using rule analysis,improved mutual information method,and complex system entropy aggregation Data mining methods such as class,the frequency statistics of the patient’s gender,age,and syndrome differentiation and treatment in the collected medical records,as well as the study of the meridian of the four qi and five flavors of the drugs,the rules of prescriptions,and the research of potential new prescriptions.Results: In this study,a total of 188 medical records on the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy were collected through How Net,and 188 prescriptions were included.Through the analysis of the auxiliary platform of Chinese medicine inheritance,it was found that the patients suffering from diabetic peripheral neuropathy were mainly male,mostly concentrated in 50 years of age.The age group of ～69 years old accounts for 73.94% of the study.Through analysis,it is also found that traditional Chinese medicines in medical records often use warm and cold drugs,and the taste of the medicine is mainly sweet,bitter,and pungent.The meridians of the drugs are concentrated in the liver meridian(22.5%),spleen meridian(17.5%),and heart meridian.(14.7%),kidney meridian(12.6%),lung meridian(11.5%)dominated,accounting for about 78.8% of the total.The clinical symptoms of the first patients were mainly attributable to Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome,which also exceeded half of the total number of syndrome types.Through software analysis,the top 10 traditional Chinese medicines used in the treatment of DPN in traditional Chinese medicine are Astragalus,Angelica,Caulis spatholobi,Cassia twig,Paeonia radiata,Achyranthes bidentata,Ligusticum chuanxiong,Licorice,Danshen,and safflower.The most commonly used combinations of the top 10 medicines are: Astragalus,Angelica;Radix Spatholobi,Radix Astragali;Radix Astragali,Cassia twig;Angelica,Cassia twig;Radix Spatholobi,Angelica;Chuanxiong,Radix Astragali;Angelica,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Radix Paeoniae Rubra,Guizhi;Astragalus,White Peony;Chuanxiong,Angelica.Based on clustering analysis based on complex system entropy,6 potential new recipe combinations were obtained:(1)Dipsacus-Dog’s Ridge-Eucommia-Mulberry Parasite-Soil Turtle-Hedgehog Skin(2)Zelan-Trichosanthes-Acorus-Dragon’s(3)Blood Scutellaria-Coptis-Trichosanthes-Ebony-Rhubarb(4)Astragalus-Chuanxiong-Safflower-White Peony-Jujube-Ginger-Guizhi(5)Golden Sakura Seed-Polygala-Celosia arborescens-Antler Cream(6)Coix Seed-Pinellia-Atractylodes-Coix spatholobi.Conclusion: From the medical records of the commonality of the prescriptions for the treatment of 7 syndromes of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,it can be found that although the doctors have their own understanding of the pathogenesis of DPN,they generally believe that the deficiency of both qi and yin is the basic pathogenesis of DPN;The blood is not running smoothly and the arteries are blocked;therefore,the treatment tends to be combined with the treatment of activating blood and removing blood stasis on the basis of tonic.Based on the association rules set by the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,this study screens the drug combinations with a higher degree of association,and the new prescriptions evolved,which can provide certain guidance and reference value for clinical treatment and new drug development.
