Efficacy Observation Of Yiqi Qingdai Decoction Combined With Interferon In The Treatment Of Persistent Cervical High-risk HPV Infection (spleen Deficiency And Damp-heat Syndrome)

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Qingdai Soup combined with interferon in the treatment of cervical High-risk Human Papillomavirus(HR-HPV)persistent infection in order to provide a basis for clinical application.Methods: 60 patients that consulted in the Clinic and met inclusion criteria of this study were randomly divided into therapy group and control group,and each group included 30 patients.The therapy group was treated with Yiqi Qingdai Soup combined with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel(youjingan),and the control group was only treated with recombinant human interferon α-2b gel.The two groups were treated for 2 courses.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated by observing the negative status of HR-HPV and the changes of the results of TCT,TCM syndrome score and vaginal cleanliness of two groups before and after treatment.Results:1.The comparison result of age,course of disease and pre-treatment TCM syndrome score of two groups showed that the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05),but had comparability of variance homogeneity.2.The negative status of HR-HPV: After the treatment,the total effective rate in the therapy group was 66.67%,and the total effective rate in the control group was40.00%.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).3.The results of TCT: After the treatment,the results of TCT in the two groups were all improved,but the differences were not statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the improvement of TCT in the therapy group was better than that in the control group.The difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05).4.TCM syndrome score: After the treatment,the TCM syndrome scores in the two groups were remarkably reduced,and the differences were of marked statistical significance(P<0.01).the post-treatment scores of the therapy group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference had marked statistical significance(P<0.01).5.TCM syndrome effiracy: The total effective rate in the therapy group was90.00%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 66.67%.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).6.Vaginal cleanliness: After the treatment,the proportion of the normal Vaginal cleanliness in the two groups was markedly increased,and the differences were of marked statistical significance(P<0.01).After the treatment,the proportion of the normal Vaginal cleanliness in the therapy group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion: Yiqi Qingdai Soup combined with interferon attained definite curative effect on treating cervical HR-HPV persistent infection(spleen deficiency and damp-heat syndrome),which promoted HR-HPV to turn negative,and improved TCM syndrome and vaginal cleanliness.And its curative efficacy was superior to that of interferon alone.
