Research On The Benefit Game And Optimization Strategy Of The Hierarchical Diagnosis And Treatment System In Guizhou Province

To study the current situation and existing problems in the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system in Guizhou Province,explore the construction of a game model between the government,general hospitals,primary medical institutions and patients,provide reference for government governance,hospital management,patient education,and promote the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system.Through literature review,expert consultation,questionnaire survey to obtain national policy,health resource allocation and residents’ cognition and other relevant information,the use of descriptive statistical methods to analyze the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system in Guizhou Province and its existing problems,explore the characteristics of the game between general hospitals,primary medical institutions and patients,build a government,general hospital,primary medical institutions and patients between the graded diagnosis and treatment game model,and then introduce government governance and hospital management,explore the government governance of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system incentive and supervision mechanism.The study finds:The top level of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system is not perfectly designed,the allocation of resources is unreasonable,and the interests of the government,general hospitals,primary medical institutions and patients are not coordinated;primary medical institutions,Chinese medicine hospitals and social medical institutions are weak;the residents’ cognition of graded diagnosis and treatment is insufficient,and their medical behavior is influenced by many factors;the decision-making of the government,patients and various medical and health institutions is influenced by many factors,the government participates in governance,drives all parties to adopt a mixed strategy,and the government’s reward and punishment efforts play a positive role in all parties.Thus,although there has been some development of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system in Guizhou Province,it still faces different degrees of problems in the allocation of health resources,residents’ medical treatment behavior and coordination of the interests of all parties.Through government participation in governance,the behavior of all parties can be significantly changed,and the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system can be effectively promoted by means of administration,economy and supervision.
