Analysis Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Medication Rules For The Treatment Of Subacute Thyroiditis Based On Data Mining

Purpose:Based on data mining technology,it explores the traditional Chinese medicine and prescription rules of subacute thyroiditis,explores the effects of potential new prescriptions,and provides guidance and reference for clinical treatment of this disease.Material and method:In accordance with the methods and procedures of literature retrieval,this study retrieved the literature database of "CNKI","Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform","Vip Information Chinese Journal Service Platform" from September 1,2000 to September 1,2020.Select the documents that meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,sort out the selected documents,extract the article name,author,year of publication,prescription name,drug composition and other information,create an Excel table and record it.The included data is entered into the TCM inheritance auxiliary platform(v2.5),and the data is processed according to data mining technology,and the results are analyzed and discussed,and conclusions are summarized.The purpose is to explore the drug rule of subacute thyroiditis.Results:Through consulting 2452 literatures,the literatures were screened according to the established standard of nano-exclusion.A total of 246 literatures were included,with 279 prescriptions,including 221 traditional Chinese medicines.The results are as follows: 1.The top 10 drugs used in prescriptions are Bupleurum,Forsythia suspensa,Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch,Spica Prunellae,Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,honeysuckle,Scrophularia ningpoensis,Fritillaria thunbergii,Corydalis yanhusuo and dandelion.2.The top four drugs are liver,lung,stomach and heart.3.The order of frequency in the medicinal properties of the drugs in the prescription is cold,warm,flat,cool and hot.4.The ranking of the five herbs in Chinese medicine prescriptions is bitter,pungent,sweet,salty,sour and astringent.5.According to the prescription analysis-prescription rule in the auxiliary platform system of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,the top six drug compatibility combinations in the input prescriptions are:(1)Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and Bupleurum chinense;(2)Forsythia suspensa and Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch;(3)Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.(4)honeysuckle and forsythia;(5)Radix Paeoniae Alba and Bupleuri Radix;(6)Forsythia suspensa and Scrophularia ningpoensis.6.The obtained new prescription combinations are:(1)Schizonepeta tenuifolia,Arctium lappa L.,Mentha haplocalyx,Cimicifuga rhizome and Platycodon grandiflorum;(2)Forsythia suspensa,Fructus Aurantii,Perilla frutescens,Radix Platycodi and Herba Menthae;(3)Gynura bicolor,Paris polyphylla,Melia toosendan,Corydalis yanhusuo and Ranunculus ternatus;(4)Dioscorea bulbifera,Curcuma zedoariae,Rhizoma Sparganii and Fructus Aurantii;(5)Gentiana,Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae,Flos Lonicerae and Herba Taraxaci;(6)Coptis chinensis,puffball,Bombyx batryticatus,curcuma longa and cicada slough;(7)Herba Hedyotidis Diffusae,Scutellariae Radix,Carapax Trionycis and Herba Violae;(8)Saposhnikovia divaricata,Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz,Fritillaria thunbergii,Prunella vulgaris and Trichosanthes kirilowii;(9)Astragalus membranaceus,Cornus officinalis,Polygonatum sibiricum,Cinnamomum cassia and antler glue.Conclusion:The treatment of subacute thyroiditis is mainly based on clearing away heat and detoxifying drugs,supplemented by drugs for soothing the liver and regulating qi,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,and the disease is externally attacked by wind-heat or liver stagnation to dissipate heat,causing qi stagnation and blood stasis to condense on the neck.The etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are consistent,and the high-frequency drugs and compatible combinations of the research results are worthy of reference for clinicians to treat this disease.
