| Purpose:By observing the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Danshen Decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease,the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease are summarized,and the clinical experience of the tutor in treating the disease is summarized,with a view to the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease by combination of Chinese and Western medicine Heart disease provides effective clinical ideas.Material and method:Included 80 patients with coronary heart disease who met the inclusion criteria and completed data in the Department of Cardiology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020,and were divided into treatment group and control group,each with 40 cases.Both groups received lifestyle interventions such as health education,smoking cessation,and alcohol cessation,as well as secondary prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease(antiplatelet,vasodilation,ventricular rate control,statins and other conventional western medicine treatment).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the basis of the control group(Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Danshen Decoction).After 4weeks of treatment,observe and compare the two groups of patients with angina pectoris symptom score and its efficacy,TCM syndrome score and its efficacy,electrocardiogram(ECG)efficacy,The symptoms,tongue picture,electrocardiogram and other clinical data of the two groups of patients were compiled into an Excel table.use SPSS 25.0 software statistical analysis to draw conclusions,At the same time,the clinical efficacy and safety of Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Danshen Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease were judged.Results:1.In various comparisons between the treatment group and the control group,compared with before treatment,after treatment,the scores of angina pectoris and TCM syndrome scores all decreased.After statistical analysis of relevant data,the p value is less than 0.05,which is statistical significance.The effective rates of angina pectoris,TCM symptom curative effect,and ECG curative effect in the treatment group were 85%,95%,and 85%,respectively;the corresponding data in the control group were 70%,80%,and 67.5%.The above indicators suggest that the treatment group has a good effect on coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.2.Comparing the data of angina pectoris curative effect,angina pectoris symptom score,TCM syndrome curative effect,TCM syndrome score and ECG curative effect between the two groups,the results showed that P values were 0.009,0.002,0.005 and 0.003 respectively,all of which were less than 0.05(with statistical significance),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than the other group.3.There were no obvious abnormalities in the safety indicators of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,and no adverse events occurred.Conclusion:1.This disease is based on qi deficiency,stagnation of qi and qi,and turbid phlegm and blood stasis as the criteria.The disease lies in the heart and is related to the liver and spleen.2.With the method of "invigorating qi and promoting blood circulation,regulating qi and resolving phlegm",The application of Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Danshen Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease has a significant effect,and the effect is better than the standard treatment of Western medicine alone,providing a new idea for the treatment of coronary heart disease with integrated Chinese and Western medicine.3.The research formula of this article Shenqi Gualou Xiebai Banxia Decoction and Danshen Decoction has good safety. |
