The Clinical Study Of Supplementing Qi Activating Blood Circulation And Resolving Phlegm Method Treates DM Complicated By Chd Of Qi Deficiency Stagnation Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objects:To observe the clinical curative effect and discuss the function that supplementing qi.activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm method treating diabetes complicated by coronary disease.Methods:72 cases were divided into groups at random.One was the treatment group which had 36 cases treated with supplementing qi, activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm method and insulin,the other was the control group which had 36 cases treated with composite salvia dropping pill and insulin.The groups' course of treatment was a month.The clinical curative effect and fasting blood glucose(FBG)and postprandial blood glucose(PBG).Result:The curative effect in the clinical research of the observing group was obvious whose total effective rate amounted to 94.5%which was superior to the control group whose total effective rate amounted to 72.2%. And the observing group was superior to the comparison group in alleviating the angina pectoris,enhancing the stopping or reducing rate of the Nitroglycerin Tablets,improving electrocardiogramand and reducing FBG,PBG.During the period of the clinical study has not adverse events and adverse reaction occurred.Conclusion:The supplementing qi,activating blood circulation and resolving phlegm method can treat the disease effectively.It can alleviate the angina pectoris,improve ECG.Curing with insulin can effectively control FBG,PBG.The clinical study is good safety.
