The Clinical Study On Coronary Heart Disease Treatment By Method Of Warming Yang Replenishing Heart And Activating Blood Circulation Resolving Phlegm

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and discuss the function that warming yang replenishing heart and activating blood circulation resolving phlegm method treating coronary heart disease.Method:Selected 60 cases of standard,which were divided into group at random.One was the treatment group which had 30 cases treated with warming yang replenishing heart and activating blood circulation resolving phlegm method.The other was the control group which had 30 cases treated with guan xin su he pills.During the two groups can be combined treatment of nitroglycerin tablets,as needed and record the amount of sublingual.The groups'course of treatment was 8 weeks. After the treatment,observe the effect of TCM symptoms,angina pectoris,ECG,nitroglycerinstopped by rate, blood lipids, blood rheology, left ventricular diastolic and systolic function as well as blood, urine, liver and kidney function.Result:Comparison of two groups after treatment, the treatment group patients'total effective rate of angina,the efficiency of ECG, nitroglycerin, were stopped by 86.6%,83.3% and 90%, better than the control group,56.7%,53.3% and 56%(p<0.05). After treatment, the blood lipids, blood rheology, left ventricular diastolic and systolic function and other aspects of treatment there were significant differences (p<0.05).With the growth of age, the efficacy of the treatment group decreased significantly. During the two groups in clinical trials,no adverse reactions,side effect and drug-treatment-related anomalies.Conclutions:1.The treatment of warming yang replenishing heart and activating blood circulation resolving phlegm can significantly improve coronary heart disease syndromes, angina symptoms, electrocardiogram, increased rate of nitroglycerin stopped by.2.The treatment of warming yang replenishing heart and activating blood circulation resolving phlegm can significantly reduce serum lipid levels, can improve blood rheology abnormalities,and canimprove left ventricular systolic and diastolic function.3.The treatment of warming yang replenishing heart and activating blood circulation resolving phlegm of the disease is effective, safe and reliable clinical application.
