Clinical Study On The Prevention And Treatment Of Postoperative Recurrence Of Endometrial Polyps (phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome) With Cangfu Daotan Pill And Xiangling Pill

Objective: Cangfudaotan Pills and Xiangling Pills(hereinafter abbreviated as self-made Quyu Huatan Decoction)combined with dydrogesterone tablets were used to treat endometrial polyps(phlegm and blood stasis)postoperative patients to reduce polyp recurrence,Improve its clinical symptoms and menstrual conditions,and provide new ideas for the treatment of endometrial polyps patients.Materials and methods:This study selected 74 postoperative endometrial polyps(phlegm and blood stasis)patients who compliance with inclusion criteria in the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to June2020.The random envelope method was used to remove them.Divided into a control group and a test group.One case in the control group was lost to fall off,and 36 cases were included in the control group and 37 cases in the experimental group.Control patients were given oral dydrogesterone tablets for 10 days;Experimental patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine decoction immediately after the operation(modified Quyu Huatan formula)and dydrogesterone tablets on the 10 th day after the operation.In the latter treatment cycles,didroprogesterone tablets were taken orally on the 15 th day of menstruation.The treatment course of both groups was 3 menstrual cycles.Observe the vaginal ultrasound examination scores,The scores of TCM syndrome and self-rating anxiety scale were observed before and after treatment and 3 months after drug withdrawal,and the curative effect of TCM syndromes in the two groups was calculated,and the statistical software was used for analysis and comparison.Results:1.The baseline analysis: There were no significant differences in age,pre-treatment score of transvaginal ultrasound,TCM syndrome score and self-rating anxiety scale between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.Efficacy analysis:(1)Vaginal ultrasound examination score: There were significant differences between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group(P<0.05)(2)Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Score: There were differences between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P<0.01),there were significant differences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01);(3)Self-rating Anxiety Scale:There were significant differences between the two groups in intra-group comparison(P<0.01).After treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.01).3.Analysis of the effectiveness of vaginal ultrasound: Comparing the efficacy of vaginal ultrasound examination points between the treatment group and the control group,there were greatdifferences between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and the result is meaningful.4.Analysis of the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine: The curative effect of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group was compared(P<0.01),which was statistically significant.5.Safety analysis: The safety of the two groups of drugs is good,and there are no adverse reactions and side effects.Conclusion:Compared with Western medicine monotherapy,The self-designed Quyu Huatan Recipe combined with western medicine to treat endometrial polyps(phlegm and blood stasis mutual syndrome)after the vaginal ultrasound examination score,TCM syndrome score,anxiety self-rating scale score and TCM general In terms of efficiency,the curative effect is good,and the safety is good.
