Ladie's Journal was firstly published at the Commercial Press on January15,1915 and it was ceased in December of 1931 and lasted 17 years.From the content point of view,the Ladie's Journal content are rich.For example,it includes Discourse?Arts?Housekeeping?Masterwork?Novel?Fumizono? Miscellaneous and so on ……The readership of this press was maintly focus on female group and teach them the new ideals and new knowledge,so it exerts an important influnce on women.From the form,it vivid description with the method of illustrated.It attracted a large number of readers from all walks of life in addition to female readers successly.Because of advocating the liberation of women and children in the period of May 4movement,the Press as one of the main positions,it also published many articles about children.These articles discussed the education of children?the cultivation of the children?Children's literature and so on……Researchers mainly focus on women issues about Ladie's Journal previously so the issues of children lack of attention.With this in mind,this paper mainly discuss fairy tale in the Ladie's Journal as the research object and center on the representative writers to analyse the feature of the fairy tale creation and translation in the Ladie's Journal.What's more,from the three aspect of content,form and objective to analyze how the view of children influcence the children literature in order to show transition role in children's literature reading.This paper studies the magazine from four parts:The part one : interpretation of the view of children in the “Momen's Magazine”and its impact on the fairy tale.The author mainly introduction children's conception of matter,including children's clothing?food?living and sanitation and introduction children's conception of mental outline,including children's book?children's game?model child.So we can understand better about people view on children and children's social position at that time.In addition,the author also analyze how the view of children influcence the children literature from the three aspect : content,form and function.The part two : in the center of creating author to discuss the future of creating of fairly tale so can show the children's literature the development and change.The part Three: in the center of translating author to discuss the future of translating of fairly tale so can show the children's literature the development and change.The part four:Analyze the inheritance and development of fairy tales on ancient children's books and the promotion of modern children's books,so as to show the status and influence of fairy tales in magazines.
