Research On The Implementation Effect And Optimization Strategy Of The "sailing Into Campus" Movement In Qingdao

Qingdao sailing originated in 1904 and has a history of more than 100 years.As the birthplace of sailing in China,Qingdao has a strong cultural atmosphere of sailing,excellent coastline and advantaged water conditions,which makes it an ideal place to develop sailing.Taking the hosting of the 2008 Beijing Olympic Sailing Competition as an opportunity,Qingdao took the lead in launching the "Sailing Sports into School" activity in 2006,and gradually carried out the knowledge dissemination and practice of sailing sports in the large,middle and primary schools under the jurisdiction of Qingdao,in order to improve the sailing sports level and cultural quality of the youth.Tens of thousands of young people benefited from the "Sailing to School" activity,which greatly promoted the extensive development of sailing in Qingdao.Based on the implementation of the "sailing into campus" activity effect and optimization strategy as the research object,for thirty sailing characteristic schools,using the method of documentary,questionnaire,expert interview method,mathematical statistics and the methods of on-the-spot investigation method,research the Qingdao "sailing into campus" activity of the implementation of the status quo,Analyzed the "Qingdao sailing into campus" activity effect,puts forward the Qingdao "sailing into campus" activity optimization strategy,aimed at Qingdao sustained "sailing into campus" activities,make "sailing city" city brand to provide theory support,which is a reference for other coastal cities in sailing.The research conclusions are as follows:1.The development process of sailing in Qingdao can be divided into the introduction and preliminary development of sailing;Sailing has developed rapidly;"Sailing sports into the campus" activities are widely carried out in three stages.2.Under the top-level design of Qingdao Municipal Party Committee and Qingdao Municipal Government,the "Sailing Sports on Campus" activity has developed well by establishing organizational institutions,issuing policy documents,compiling characteristic teaching materials,selecting characteristic schools,organizing sailing competitions,and carrying out professional training.3.Since the launch of Qingdao "Sailing on Campus" activity,sailing teachers and training equipment in characteristic schools have basically met the teaching needs.69.6% of the teachers have participated in more than one training session,66.7% of the schools have sailing teams,and more than 70% of the schools have more than one training session a week;More than 95.1% of the students have a high interest in sailing,among which 64.5% of the students get to know sailing through school activities,and 83.2% of the students have a better understanding of sailing.4.The implementation effect of "Sailing Sports on Campus" in Qingdao City is as follows :(1)The teaching effect is steadily improved,and the teaching hours of sailing theory in characteristic schools are relatively sufficient,mainly focusing on the teaching of sailing knowledge;Sailing practice teaching has carried out sailing knot practice activities,sailing characteristic painting and design activities,sailing observation and experience activities in various forms;(2)The synergistic effect of home and school was good.90% of the teachers and82.8% of the parents approved the "Sailing to School" activity.(3)The racing system is relatively perfect,and the series of characteristic sailing events of "Mayor's Cup","District Mayor's Cup" and "Principal's Cup" have taken shape.Among them,the "Mayor's Cup" characteristic sailing events of Qingdao universities,primary and secondary schools have been successfully held for14 times;(4)The education effect is obvious,and the students' indomitable will is exercised;The spirit of unity and cooperation has been cultivated;The awareness of following the rules is raised.5.The 6 main influencing indexes of the implementation of "Sailing Sports on Campus" in Qingdao include: the evaluation standard of the implementation effect(the load amount is0.828);Students' interest in sailing(load amount: 0.784);The importance of school leaders(0.768load);Household economic input(load 0.768);Teachers' professional ability and technical level(load amount 0.739);Site equipment condition(load 0.563).6.The development strategy of Qingdao "Sailing Sports on Campus" is to increase capital investment and improve sailing teaching facilities;Optimize the structure of teaching staff and strengthen the construction of professional ability;Adhere to the guidance of sailing culture and construct diversified activities;Innovate sailboat teaching form,consolidate characteristic education foundation;We will strengthen the building of sailing communities and build an open platform for exchanges.
