There is a serious loss of primary school teachers in rural areas.In order to solve the problem,we must study the root reasons of instability of teaching staffs,especially the influence of teachers' internal psychological needs on teachers' professional stability.In recent years,there are a lot of researches in this field,such as teacher's job burnout,professional happiness,professional commitment,professional identity and so on.Teacher's professional identity is a complex process.Education is the basis of the strategy of rural revitalization,rural primary school teachers are the key,the study of rural primary school in teachers' professional identity can help us understand the actual situation,stabilize the teaching staffs,promote the development of rural education has important theoretical and practical significance.In recent years,more and more scholars have paid attention to the problem of teacher's professional identity,and produced many research results.However,the study of professional identity of rural primary school teachers is not a lot,on the basis of reference to Wei Shuhua's "Teacher's Professional Identity Scale",survey and analyze more than 300 rural primary school teachers in L County primary school,and differences in rural primary school teachers' professional identity,combined with structural interviews with rural primary school teachers,find the influence factors of teachers' professional identity in L County primary school and data analysis was carried out to form a more comprehensive understanding of the factors affecting the professional identity of teachers in L County,Xingtai City.The study found that the professional identity level of teachers in rural primary school was not very high,and the level of recognition was followed by the sense of professional effectiveness,the tendency of professional behavior,the value of occupation and the sense of professional belonging from high to low.Teachers' professional identity is also reflected in the differences in population background variables,and there are also differences in professional identity among rural primary school teachers with different genders,ages,qualifications,job title,teaching age,salary level and living conditions.The professional identity of rural primary school teachers is the teacher's recognition of self-occupation and role,the identity status is influenced by both the individual value of teachers,but also by external dynamic factors,the use of Stepwise method to analyze the factors of influence,to arrive at school culture and management,teacher training,social respect,salary treatment and job title evaluation and promotion mechanism is the main factor affecting the professional identity of rural primary school teachers.In order to improve the professional identity of teachers in rural primary schools,we must train teachers to establish correct professional values;strengthen the construction of school infrastructure and continuously,especially improve the teachers' salary and welfare;provide a social environment for teachers and improve the social status of rural teachers;strengthen teachers' training,improve the professional level of rural teachers;promote the professional development of rural teachers,ensure the legitimate rights and interests of teachers;establish and improve a reasonable teacher evaluation system,improve incentives and so on.
