Research On The Effect Of Appearance Training On The Accuracy Of Forehand And Backhand Strokes Among College Tennis Students

It is well known that tennis forehand and backhand stroke is the most basic of tennis sport,which is the most important technologies,the stand or fall of forehand and backhand technology determines the level of the athletes,in tennis course in colleges and universities,is a professor at the first,the first to start practicing forehand and backhand technology technology,stable and accurate forehand and backhand shot will give beginners and tennis special students lay a good foundation,is beneficial to students in the long-term development of tennis sport,based on the research of representation of college tennis forehand and backhand shot accuracy,the influence of special students look for the positive role of imagery training on the tennis project,It provides reference for the application of image training in college tennis teaching and training.In this paper,by using the method of documentary,expert interview,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logic analysis,etc.,in tianjin sports college level 2018 tennis special class the student as the research object,through the contrast experiment,in the form of image training,introduced in conventional teaching,to explore the image training of college tennis special student shot accuracy to influence and the influence of ability for the student individual representation,and comparative analysis due to the effect of imagery training representation ability of different influence on different individuals of the accuracy of the tennis ball in the end,through comparing the teaching experiment,we obtained the following conclusions:1.Image training can help improve the appearance of individual ability,through the experiment we can find the introduction of image training group representation ability score after the experiment is far higher than the control group,on the other hand,the ability to control the appearance of scoring in almost no too big changes before and after the experiment,it shows at the same time,should pass through the system image training to improve the appearance of the individual ability.2.Image training help improve the quality of tennis forehand and backhand shot accuracy,image training through the movement appearance shape for individual,improve the accuracy of the individual for tennis balls and control,at the same time,stimulate the individual for trajectory and the sensitivity of the placement,ascending individual for control between nerves and muscles,ascending individual when hitting power and Angle control.3.There is a positive correlation between the level of image ability and the accuracy of tennis shot.The level of image ability determines the clarity and controllable of image.
