Research objective:1.explore the differences in physical activity between COVID-19 and 8-9 year olds after school,and the relationship between physical activity and physical fitness and sensitivity in two stages.2.to analyze the relationship between physical activities and physical fitness and sensitivity of students at different grades during the new crown and 8-9 years after school.3.To observe the differences of the effects of hexagon training and rope ladder training on the physical health and sensitive quality of 8-9-year-old students.Research methods:By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,experiment and mathematical statistics,the students aged 8-9 in Guangzhou Zhonghai Kangcheng primary school(three classes,20 students in each class)were divided into three groups:(1)the control group was given routine physical education exercises;(2)the control group was given routine physical education exercises;(2)Six corner training group,six corner training teaching;(3)Rope ladder training group,rope ladder training teaching.Teaching time from September 2020 to December 2020,10 weeks,twice a week.The time of questionnaire survey before and after the epidemic was from April 10 to April 16,2020 and from September 10 to September 16,2020.Research results:1.There is a certain correlation between physical activity and physical health.During the epidemic period,physical activity was significantly correlated with rope skipping(r = 0.585)and total physical fitness score(r = 0.541)(P < 0.01);After the beginning of school,physical activity was significantly correlated with 50 meter running(r = 0.467)and total physical fitness score(r = 0.479)(P < 0.01);There was no correlation between physical activity and agility in the two periods.2.The amount of physical activity of the students after the beginning of school was better than that during the epidemic period(1908.91 1 ± 37)and physical activity(2659.02 1 ± The difference was very significant(P < 0.01).After the beginning of school,the number of students with high level of physical activity increased multiple times compared with the epidemic period: 6 boys and 4 girls during the epidemic period,14 boys and 11 girls after the beginning of school.3.During the epidemic period,there was a very significant difference between different levels of physical activity and students' physical health(P < 0.01): the corresponding physical health score of low,medium and high levels of physical activity was 80.17 ± 9.02?103.27 ± 6.15?110.64 ± 3.45? There was also significant difference between different levels of physical activity and hexagon experiment(P <0.01): the corresponding score of physical activity of low,middle and high levels was20.30 ± 0.77?18.86 ± 1.68?18.71 ± 0.71;There was no significant difference between different levels of physical activity and cross quadrant jump and T-shape test(P > 0.05).4.After ten weeks of teaching intervention,all the indexes of the three groups were improved,and the training effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05)± 03)> rope ladder training group(108.71 3 ± 27)>control group(106.89 3 ± 9),and the difference was significant(P < 0.05).In response sensitivity(cross quadrant jump),the hexagon training group(18.70 0 ±29)> rope ladder training group(17.65 2 ± 58)> control group(15.60 2 ± 52),and the difference was very significant(P < 0.01).In the fast change movement(hexagon experiment),the rope ladder training group(16.06 0 ± 90)and(16.49 0 ± 37)>control group(17.56 1 ± The difference was very significant(P < 0.01).In the fast change direction(T-shaped experiment),the rope ladder training group(10 ± 69)and(10.30 0 ± 74)> control group(10.87 0 ± 86),and the difference was very significant(P < 0.01).Research conclusion:1.During the epidemic period and after the beginning of school,the physical activity of 8-9-year-old students was better than that of girls.During the epidemic period and after the beginning of school,physical activity of 8-9-year-old students is correlated with physical health,but not with sensitive quality.2.There is a correlation between different levels of physical activity and the physical health of students aged 8-9,and the physical health increases with the increase of physical activity;There is no difference between physical activity level and agility.3.In terms of physical health and sensitivity,the intervention effect of hexagon training is better than that of ladder training;In terms of fast changing direction and fast changing movement,the intervention effect of rope ladder training is better than that of hexagon training.
