Numerical control machine is the master machine of equipment manufacturing industry.Modern machinery manufacturing equipment is developing towards high precision,high speed,high automation,high intelligence and high reliability.It has the characteristics of combining multiple mechanical and electrical disciplines with a number of science and technology.Numerical control technology is the most important in modern manufacturing industrialization,and the numerical control technology is in the numerical control technology.During the operation,it is very important to design the control system of CNC machine tools.This article focuses on the design of VMCH850 CNC machining center control system.1、according to the technical requirements of high-speed and high precision machining,CNC system selection design is carried out.According to the actual mechanical parameters of the machine tool,after calculating and analyzing the torque of the feed shaft,the servo motor is selected and designed.Then the servo drive module is selected and designed according to the model of the servo motor.Then the servo power module is selected and set up according to the model of the servo drive module,and then the electrical NC machining center is planned.The overall design is controlled and the overall design plan is established.2、this article expounds the design process of the electrical control circuit of the CNC machining center in detail,which is divided into the selection and design of the electrical cabinet components and the design of the circuit control principle.The design of electrical cabinet components includes circuit breaker,servo transformer,AC contactor,relay,switching power supply,wire and cable selection and calculation.The whole circuit design process reasonably calculates the size of voltage and current required for the selection of each electrical source,that is,it can ensure the safe operation of the machine tool,and save the cost,which embodies the concept of low carbon green design.In the design of circuit control principle,the control principle of each circuit is expounded,and the relevant circuit control schematic diagram is drawn.3、the design of the machine control circuit is simulated,and the related functions of the circuit design are verified.This paper introduces in detail the debugging steps and points for attention in machine tool electrifying,and expounds the setting and optimization process of parameters.4、this article also innovatively designs the identification circuit of the spindle with no knife,the whole electrical control analysis,the design method is correct,the design is reasonable,stable and reliable,and it can be used for reference to the electrical control design of other CNC machining centers.
