At present,injection molded parts occupy an increasing proportion in the machining industry,and the quality of injection molds determines the quality of injection molded parts.Therefore,improving the quality of injection molds is an urgent need of the mold industry.In this paper,based on the car shifting panel,the mold design of one mold and one cavity injection mold is carried out.The injection mold design of automobile shifting panel is carried out.The structural analysis and material selection of the car shifting panel are performed.Then the main structure of the mold is based on the overall structure of the plastic part.The gating systems,positioning rings,runners,gates,slag pits,and drawbars are designed.The mold frame,mold guide mechanism,and ejection mechanism are designed to determine the use of two-plate mold bases.Moldflow moldflow analysis software was used to simulate the complete injection molding process,and a vehicle shift panel model was established.The model was divided into grids,finite element analysis,model material selection,mold cavity creation,casting system and cooling system loop,and data analysis was performed.This ensures that the mold design meets the injection molding,cooling and ejection requirements for each stage of injection molding.The main contents of this dissertation include:(1)The automatic injection moulding mechanism is analyzed,and a set of standard injection moulds are designed for the panel with side hole.(2)The pouring system with the side gate of the hot current channel is described.(3)The design and calculation method of mould forming parts are described in detail.The design and calculation process of combined sliding block and slanting side drawing are emphasized.(4)This paper intriduces the die goiding structure,working pringiple and concrete design idea of die-removal system,and realizes the type-type die-removal movement by using the open-die force.The paper simulates and analyzes the injection molding process of the plastic parts through the mold flow analysis software,reduces the workload of the mold testing and mold repair in the process of assembling and debugging the traditional molds,improves the mold production process,and reduces the research and development costs.Analyze the feasibility of the mold program by analyzing the data of the mold flow software.This has impcrtant pragtical sigcificance for the reasonable selection of prooess parameiers in the actual prodbction process,guiding the optimization design of the injection mold,and shortening the design cycle of the injection mold.
