Research On The Traditional Costumes Of Yi Ethnic Group Of Honghe Shiping Style In Yunnan

The Yi ethnic group is a minority with a long history and splendid culture in China.It has its own complete ethnic language and writing system,and created a unique astronomical calendar and social system.The industrious and intelligent Yi women created exquisite traditional dress culture in their working life.Due to the differences in natural geographical environment,the clothing styles of different branches of yi ethnic group have been formed,and Because of the inconvenient geographical transportation,the different branches have preserved their unique ethnic beliefs and customs.Garment shape comes into being in conformity with natural environment.Yi women enrich the ethnic clothing culture by collecting natural raw materials.Therefore,there are great differences in materials,structures,colors,patterns and aesthetics of Yi costumes from different branches.The different living environment and the clothing material selection make the clothing styles of the Yi people’s different branches colorful and unique craftsmanship.Therefore,the style and wisdom of different branches of the Yi ethnic group are condensed in the costume,which also concentrates on the expression of the ethnic craft level and artistic aesthetics of the area.This paper takes the traditional clothing of Huayao Branch in Shiping prefecture,Honghe prefecture,Yunnan province as the research object,and this paper focuses on the structure,pattern,color and artistic aesthetics of Huayao Branch traditional costumes,and discusses the changes and inheritance and development of traditional crafts and ethnic costumes.The author hopes to objectively record the development status of the traditional costumes of the Huayao Branch of Yi ethnic group in contemporary times and make a modest contribution to the protection and inheritance of the ethnic costume culture.Chapter one and chapter two of this paper summarizes the ethnic origin of the Huayao Branch of the Yi ethnic group and the characteristics of Honghe Yi costume.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the traditional dress structure of Huayao branch,and objectively discusses the daily clothes and ethnic costumes of different genders and ages.The fourth chapter focuses on the artistic aesthetic point of view,analyzes the characteristics of Huayao Branch clothing decoration.Collect and sort out the myths and legends hidden in the patterns,and demonstrate that the flower waist branch is based on nature,and is fond of red and black artistic aesthetics.Chapter five discusses the traditional dress craft of Huayao Branch.Chapter six puts forward some feasible Suggestions to protect the traditional dress culture of the Huayao Branch of Yi ethnic group according to the social environment of the development of The Times.This paper probes into the artistic aesthetics of the structure,color and pattern of traditional ethnic costumes.It is conducive to enriching the diversity of cultural content of ethnic costumes in China,promoting the development of local cultural industry and enhancing ethnic cultural self-confidence.
