Taking the different rolling processes of low temperature oriented silicon steel as the main research focus,the normalized sheet was subjected to primary cold rolling and secondary cold rolling with different reduction ratios.After annealing at 850 ° C for 5minutes,the main conclusions are as follows:Different inhibitor contents and types will seriously affect the microstructure gradient and grain size of hot rolled and normalized plates.The experiment proves that the normalized plate structure of the oriented silicon steel with Nb content of 0.045% is more uniform and finer.In single cold rolling process,when the reduction rate is 88%,the microstructure is the smallest,the shear band and deformation band in the grain are the densest,and the internal storage energy is the highest.With the increase of reduction rate,the strength ofγ fiber texture is increasing,and mainly concentrated in {111} < 112 > texture.The texture strength of α fiber texture increases firstly and then decreases.After decarburization annealing,complete recrystallization occurs.The higher the reduction rate,the smaller the primary recrystallization.In the second cold rolling process,the first cold rolling is mainly based on α-line texture and γ-line texture.The intermediate annealing experience the conversion from α-line texture to γ-line texture and γ-line texture to Goss.During the texture process,the Goss texture in the second cold rolling is transformed to the γ-line texture.The secondary cold rolling method is more suitable for the production of oriented silicon steel than the primary cold rolling method.The favorable textures during cold rolling are {111} <112>,{111} <110> and {411} <148>,and Goss texture.{110} <001>,the unfavorable texture is a rotating cubic texture {001} <110>.By comparing the content of the texture after the first cold rolling and the second cold rolling,it can be seen that the effect of the second cold rolling process is better.Figure34;Table14;Reference 60...
