| In recent years,the global economy has developed rapidly and the social environment has continued to change.On the one hand,with the development of precision medicine and big data,many emerging industries have been derived.In the high-speed mode of the new era,the demand for new talent recruitment is more prominent,and it is more important for human resource management and innovation.One of the core contents of human resource management is recruitment management.Recruitment is an important channel for the company to acquire t alents,which plays an important supporting role in the optimization of human resource structure,and provides guarantee for the improvement of the company’s competitiveness and the realization of strategic goals.So recruitment is particularly important f or the competition between companies.In this study,interviews and questionnaires were used to conduct in-depth analysis on the talent recruitment management process of A Biological company.Through the research,it is found that the following problems exist in the talent recruitment management of A biological company:first,the human resources planning is not scientific and the recruitment channels are not targeted;Second,the recruitment interview process is cumbersome and the matching degree of people and posts is low;Third,the lack of recruitment effect evaluation,the establishment of talent pool.Based on the problems in the recruitment of A biological company,targeted analysis was conducted to find out the radical solutions,such as improving ma nagers’ concept of recruitment,making recruitment plans in line with the company,optimizing job design,expanding recruitment channels,optimizing selection process and improving recruitment effect evaluation.I hope to improve the recruitment efficiency and effectiveness of A biological company through systematic research on the recruitment management of A biological company. |
