With the continuous development of China’s economy,the competition for talents is becoming increasingly fierce,high-quality talents have become indispensable to enterprises,if we want to improve the competitiveness of enterprises,excellent employees are an important driving force to promote the sustainable development of enterprises.In the fierce market competition,if we want to occupy the advantage in human resources and establish an employee recruitment system suitable for the development of enterprises,then we must have a new understanding of the concept of human resources and the management objectives of human resources.However,at present,due to the establishment of iron and steel enterprises in China is generally long,the management mode is relatively aging,so there are shortcomings in the work of human resources recruitment management.On the other hand,because the enterprise talent recruitment system is still in the early stage of development,so the whole recruitment process also has a lot of shortcomings.At present,the iron and steel enterprises with relatively large personnel gap as the main body of recruitment demand,their human resources management level and recruitment management level directly affect the economic benefits of enterprises.How to improve and optimize the recruitment work of enterprises and how to really promote the development of enterprises through recruitment has become a major problem faced by many enterprises.Taking J Company as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation of human resource management and recruitment management of J Company,combines the method of literature research with field research,and has a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment management of J Company.The fuzzy requirements of the target candidates are combed.Through the study of the problems existing in the recruitment process,it is found that J Company lacks effective selection techniques and methods,and there is a lack of communication and cooperation between departments.It also makes an in-depth analysis of the causes of the problems in the recruitment management and recruitment process of J Company.In view of the problems existing in the recruitment management,combined with theoretical research and field research,this paper puts forward the establishment of all kinds of post competency model,optimize the recruitment process management,and increase the recruitment evaluation links.This paper puts forward the safeguard measures for the implementation of the optimization scheme of recruitment management from the three aspects of management,system and personnel,which ensures the smooth progress of the optimization scheme.Combined with the characteristics of iron and steel enterprises,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the recruitment management of iron and steel enterprises,which is of reference significance for the establishment of recruitment management system in iron and steel enterprises.
