| With the rapid development of urban rail transit, more and more cities have opened and operated subways, and the rising passenger flow has made corresponding emergency management the focus of each urban subway. The subway is highly specialized and technical, involving a variety of equipment, facilities and technologies, making its safe operation and emergency management a complex systematic project. At the same time, due to the characteristics of large scale, closed environment, complex structure and wide influence, modern urban subway systems are easily affected by natural disasters, accident disasters, holidays, major events and other emergencies. In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the subway system and ensure the safety of urban residents’ lives, properties and production activities,it is urgent to carry out in-depth theoretical research on urban subway emergency management to improve the emergency response level of urban subways. This paper takes the emergency management of emergencies in the operation stage of urban rail transit as the research object, and briefly summarizes the corresponding research status at home and abroad.Using the PPRR theoretical model and the idea of crisis life cycle, the analysis of Zhengzhou Metro Line 5 "7·20" heavy rainstorm incident is analyzed and explained, and the main problems existing in the four stages of the emergency management process of the incident, including emergency prevention, emergency preparation, emergency response, and aftercare recovery, are analyzed, and the causes are analyzed. On the basis of analyzing typical cases, starting from the four stages of PPRR theory, drawing on the experience of emergency management of mature subways at home and abroad, and putting forward targeted improvement suggestions for emergency management of urban rail transit emergencies in my country. |
