| In recent years,the development of subway construction in China has been booming,which greatly relieves the pressure of urban traffic and promotes the sustainable development of urban economy.However,the development of urban subway is fast and inexperienced,and many potential safety hazard.These potential insecurity factors make people face the threat of subway emergencies.Therefore,all parts of our country have actively carried out research on Subway Emergency Management,and organized departments at all levels to strengthen the construction of Subway Emergency Management.Through Establishing the system of emergency management for subway construction,which is suitable for our national conditions,and achieving a scientific and effective assessment of it.The emergency management level of the subway construction in China is improved through the continuous improvement of the emergency management system.This article stand on the Organizational Project Management(for short: OPM)point to consider subway emergency management,by establishing a OPM subway emergency management system model,to highlight the advantages of OPM and provide new ideas for the construction of subway emergency management assessment,and provide strong support for the improvement of City Subway Emergency capability.In this paper,preliminary built an OPM subway emergency management system model according to the research and analysis of the rules and regulations and related theories.The model is constructed from three levels(strategy,operation and support)of nine dimensions.Data analysis to sort out the three scale questionnaires,which contained a total of 70 items,and used SPSS data processing software to analyze the factors of the three scales questionnaire data,total qualified sample of 9 public factors.After the analysis of data and factor synthesis,the interpretation of data analysis and theoretical analysis is basically consistent,verifying the model by theoretical analysis,and supplement the contain elements and the weight of each dimension.At the same time,model is modified and perfected to ensure the feasibility of the follow-up empirical analysis.The case analysis using the model established in this paper make a comprehensive evaluate the emergency management capability of a section of Lanzhou Metro Line1,analyzed the main emergency management measures in the current construction of Lanzhou Metro,and put forward the inadequacies,to provide reference and guidance for the future construction of similar projects.The results show that it is preliminarily feasible to research the subway emergency management by using the OPM subway emergency management system model.In conclusion,this paper provides a new thought based on OPM theory for Subway Emergency Management,and attempts to build the OPM Subway Emergency ManagementSystem model,which has preliminarily realized the effective combination of OPM theory with emergency management ideas and methods.In the future,the emergency management can refer to the model,and control the urban subway emergency management through the three levels of strategy,operation and support,to realize the project operation of Subway Emergency Management,and promote the sustainable development of the organization. |
