| The generation amount of plastic waste has gradually increased in recent years.It has become the main source of white pollution,which has caused social problems that seriously affect the environment and sustainable development of human beings.Therefore,the demand for degradable plastics in the market is increasing currently.Biodegradable materials include natural polymer materials and synthetic polymer materials.Because the processing of natural polymer materials is quite difficult,synthetic degradable polymer materials have become the main development direction of degradable plastics.However,large-scale degradable plastics projects have the characteristics of large investment and complex process,which requires investors to evaluate the project value very carefully when investing.Therefore,evaluating the value of degradable plastics projects from an objective point of view can be the basic basis for investors to choose their schemes.Based on the interests of enterprises,this paper discusses the value evaluation of chemical project investment.The author combs the research results of domestic and foreign scholars on real options and other related theories,and sums them up,combs and summarizes,thus drawing a conclusion that large-scale chemical projects have remarkable characteristics such as high investment cost,long construction period and great uncertainty.In the meantime,it summarizes the shortcomings of traditional evaluation methods and the applicability of real option method,and then the value evaluation model of pollution chemical project is established based on the risk identification and option analysis of the project,and finally a typical example is further introduced for in-depth analysis in order to verify the practicability of the model.According to the research results,the application of real option method can also make up for the defects of traditional investment evaluation methods,and it can also evaluate the value of chemical projects in a more objective and true manner. |
