In recent years,many chemical projects have been launched.In order to implement the projects successfully,project risk management is very important.This thesis takes the R project of E Company as an example to study the risk management of chemical project.Firstly,the status quo of E Company and R project is discussed,and the possible risks of R project are collected by brainstorming method,and classified by intellectual property risk,cost risk,schedule risk and quality risk.Secondly,the collected and classified risks are screened by the expert consultation method,and the risk list of R project is established.Based on this,the risk assessment index system and evaluation model of R project are constructed,and the weight of each risk index of R project is calculated by the entropy weight method.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is carried out on the risk of R project,and the evaluation levels of the first-level risk of R project which are intellectual property risk,cost risk,schedule risk and quality risk are obtained.According to the weight of each second-level risk factor,the main risk influencing factors below each first-level risk are found out.Finally,according to the different coping strategies of positive risk and negative risk,countermeasures are respectively proposed for the four major risks of Project R,hoping that the research done in this thesis can provide reference for the risk management of other chemical projects.
